    If they company or management dont want to utilize our leaves, company must need to pay compensation for that employees, other wise must need to give approval for leave utilizing..this is following in other countries bro.....I'm not sure in India bro...

    Bro.. in my joining letter it has been clearly written that either party can terminate the contract by giving 90 days prior intimation. I have given intimation. After that why can't I take leaves? Regarding leaves during notice period they haven't mentioned in my joining letter. Can I fight over this?

    the notice period is more than 1 month is void as per indian law, the employee is working in an organization if he is working more than 12 years then only he has to serve 3 months notice period

    Hi bro iam working in one company in that my project is acquired by another company. So I have rejected new company's offer and existing company told me to resign i have resigned. Before acquisition only I have requested paternity leave 3 days plus 2 days total 5 days. Right now iam in notice period my manager approved only 2 days I said ok but suddenly new born baby suffering with health issue I have requested 1 day leave but they are not approving Going forward how I have to proceed further.

    Hi bro, I have an offer in my hand and i have resigned from my current organization. And a new company is asking to join in one month. In my current organization a 90 days notice period. I spoke with HR and said okay I can relieve you and you have to pay the amount for the rest of the days. But now my manager is not approving it.
    1) Buyout -- my manager not approving
    2) Can i ask for a project release.
    3) Can i put 22 days of my leaves and join a new company.
    Please suggest my brother. I am not getting sleep I think of this daily

    Nuvvu Anni dabba companieslo work chesinattunav bhayya. Especially under Indian managers. This was my 6th company in my career now. Nowhere they restricted. We have annual leaves to use during notice period 😅
