Oh wow your apartment is really nice and the rent you pay is pretty good for living in Canada. I know prices are high out there but I've never actually lived there. I like in San Diego where rental prices have always been high and the cost of living is more expensive.
Great video quality for a small UA-cam channel! If you don’t mind, could you share your thoughts on how is the social life in Calgary? We have roughly the same age so I thought you’d be a great person to ask that lol. I really want to move there but I must confess that I’m a bit afraid that it isn’t a very “young friendly” city since I haven’t found anything related to that topic...
I mean comparison to Toronto there is less younger individuals. It just comes with a smaller population, but it's not to the point where all you see are older ppl. I find ppl here in general are more genuine personally tho.
@@FrankHuynh I see. I actually saw all of your videos and I must say that I agree with your thoughts overall (specially the "6 reasons not to go to toronto" one). I have one other question but it might be a little weird lol. How would you say is dating in Calgary? (pretending we don't have covid anymore) Is it okay for guys our age or it could be tricky?
@@Kipnack1 hahaha no worries, it boils down to the individual end of day - however, putting yourself in an environment where you feel you strive will naturally bring the best version of yourself and attract others.
Lots of sports. 17th ave SE and 4th St SW and Kensington are great for young people. Lots of golf courses maybe 25 courses in and around Calgary, lots of driving roads, lots of winter sports skiing to Nakiska, Lake Louise, Sunshine Village, Fernie etc. In the summer you can hike the mountains in Kananaskis, boating in BC etc. 500 km of bike trails in the city. You wont run out of things to do. SE is the best area- most diverse and warmest.
How do you feel about this apartment rent price - worth it or not?
Thanks for highlighting my comment. I'm moving from Brazil to Calgary in December.
Best of luck!
Loved the smash your glass joke 😂 great video man!
It's so true tho! haha thanks zak
Great video 👌🏿
Jerome man, the tour was the 15 seconds lmfao!
Great video! Could never see those types of prices for a decent place in Toronto.
That is very true! Thanks Thanu

Thanks Nicole! It really depends on which Canadian city, but in comparison to San Diego I'd imagine would be much less for sure

Heat water electricity should have been included in the rent
Unfortunately, only water is included!
$1,350 seems kinda expensive for Calgary 🤔 but the apartment is very nice.
