Girl, I just love love love ya! I have been 'googling' for MONTHS looking for EXACTLY and precisely what you just showed us in the video. Thank you so much for giving us all some excellent 'ways' to start our days. Speaking of..............may your day be abundantly blessed.
Soooo professional and so much fun! Your channel has been THE discovery during the lockdown. I am learning so much with you! Thank you from Italy! Simona
I really enjoy your videos! Well presented, informative without excessive overtalk - I appreciate that THE MOST & obviously the movements/workouts are great! Thx!!!
Hip flexors that where I need to focus on, specifically my left hip seems stiff or sore. Thank you for addressing the issues getting going, it's a process sometimes.
OMG that TFL release feels so good! I've been having left hip pain from running longer distances, and have been doing gluteus medius strengthening exercises, but adding this ball release to my stretch just immediately felt so much better--thank you Cori!!!
Maybe a guess but I suspect they are too young to appreciate the importance of these brilliant videos. They are taking the easy way out of showing people what to do and not what people NEED to do. I was guilty of this many many years ago. I would approach my clientele differently now if I was back there. It's been said before but this channel is pure gold.
Hi Cori, just discovered your videos a few days ago and i'm immediately drawn to them because of the scientific and efficient approach to each execise movement. I'd love to see some for 60years old and above if you will. Thanks.😊🙏
These are great. I'd add to it that....I love to start and end my days with at least one good Downward Dog...a Happy Baby stretch... and also...to START the day.... dry-skin brushing...gets the blood flowing...sloughs off dead skin...good for the lymph...and it just WAKES UP your skin!
Hi Cory.....just what I needed. I have been religiously doing a number of the workouts you have suggested. My knees are fabulous. Thank you so very much. I am definitely stronger. The stretches you suggest are definitely effective especially rolling right out bed. I will do this routine tomorrow morning..maybe even before bed tonight. Your intro is HI - larious. I had to watch it twice. Take care. Your doggies name is Kiwi?. Too cute.
I'll say it again : Cori is the Queen of Fitness Comedy on UA-cam. The opening absolutely reminded me of Enchanted. Amy Adams would love Hughie too I'm sure.
What a great intro ;D ! Thanks for the this much needed video as I’m sure many of us wake up with aches and pains. One of the stretches i do is your the World’s greatest stretch, including the down dog
Perfect timing, Cori! I've just started my morning pre-workout routine of drinking black coffee while looking at my UA-cam subscription feed and your video couldn't come at a better time! I'm going to immediately do this later just before I do one of your Cardio Burners. 😄 Super excited to start it!
OK, I have now watched the intro some 7 times, the stretches 1 time and the outro 3 times, and I must say, Kiwi is the greater actor! She's a natural. She even seemed authentically alarmed by that, ahem, alarm. He he what a great intro indeed! Thank you both for the smiles 😊 💖
@@redefiningstrengthOC Your actual alarm! Woah, if you need that sound to wake up you must be sleeping too well for your own good, or for Kiwi's good, in any case. I bet she would appreciate a little vacation with classical music... 🎼 And this here dudette have now watched the intro some 4 times more 😁
This hip extension is one of the exercises my PT gave me as I am rehabilitating my right leg from a tibial plateau fracture. The video for it is in an app called MedBridge and it shows to stop squeezing (I use a small 8 cm ball to squeeze) and relax your knees once you return to the floor. You said to continue to squeeze the entire time you are performing the lifts, right? I am just curious as to what the difference is. Seems your way may be better so I will try it next time. Just found your channel here and really happy I have! I subscribed and am anxious to watch more videos as I am having a great deal of low back pain as I still have quite a bit of a limp when I walk. I have two plates and 9 pins in my leg and it always feels quite heavy with anything I do just about. Also struggling with some balance, too. Can’t WAIT to try the TFL release! Thanks for being here and your wealth of knowledge!
That's practically my wake up routine. I start with opening drapes, 12oz of water, then foam roller, streches, and weighted bridges. Good to know someone else is on my path.
Just made 50. I do weight training, cardio, calisthenics, and basic yoga once a week to stretch and keep my flexibility. You gave me some great pointers on areas of pain management with a tennis ball, thank you! Subbed!
Hi Cori! I love your videos! Game changer thanks for sharing them! I tried to find that ball from the video, but only found tennis balls and lacrosse ones... can you let me know which one is the one you used please? Thanks 😘
Hey Cori.. I have connected here with you before.. now my 32 year as a professional fitness educator.. I had complimented you for the caliber of your exercise presentations.. they continue to be impressive.. in this one.. as you explained toward the end of the knee squeeze/bridge... you cued to '..maintain posterior tilt as you bridge up..' which was not clearly shown in the final side view.. looked like neutral to me.. what am I missing? Thank you.. 😎🙏💫
Thanks Cori these are great! When I do the ‘chest stretch with scorpion’ I can only do these if my arm at the back is straight. Does that make the stretch still effective? I can’t bend my back arm at 90 degrees as you have it. I’m thinking I don’t have the mobility in my shoulders.
That spiderman pose stretch is a live saver 🙌 my back used to be feeling stiff after playing basketball. But these stretches have given me more mobility after games ✊. THANK YOU 🙌🙌
Hey Cori, I'm in Maine and now that it's getting cold again I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning! I was wondering if you had an at home workout you would recommend that would get the body temperature up and running first thing in the morning.
Dear Cory, I absolutely love your energy and workouts. Have been using some of the moves that you so very well describe for effectiveness and safety. Thank you for uploading.
How my rep or how long should each foamroll/stretch/excersize take? I really like these suggestions, they really target my achy areas :) And should foamrolling of my hipflexors hurt as much as it did?
please make strength training exercises for the whole body as well as strength training exercises just for the upper body and lower body. please! i would really appreciate it. thank you! i really love watching your channel:)
Do you have any suggestions for over doing exercise. I have been stretching foam rolling and massaging. I’m 55 female I am very active but I know Over did it! Thanks I use lots of your workouts for my fitness group!!
Hahahha i Love you Cori!!! You make working out at home so much fun!! I sprained my ankle a weeks ago but I stayed active doing the exercise you teach for the Rest of my body and I’m back at your videos today ! 💪🏼
soo much good info, can I suggest little improvement? To help emphasise add little animations pointing/highlighting the areas/points you are talking about. But as usual great work thanks!
I don’t think there is a better trainer out there! Always the best content. I’m in amazing shape for 56 but she has helped me take my training and stretching to another level! Thank you so much!

Sometimes imbalanced prehab is key focusing on even just relaxing one side as you activate the other even!
OMG that TFL release feels so good! I've been having left hip pain from running longer distances, and have been doing gluteus medius strengthening exercises, but adding this ball release to my stretch just immediately felt so much better--thank you Cori!!!
I follow and perform all your stretches regimen in the morning ...I don't have any aches or pains anymore ..you explain so well..Thankyou 💗
This is so great I’ve been going to the gym for 5 years now and none of the instructors explain like u do..thanks

Too cute. Loved the intro
I enjoy watching all your video ,even though i can't complete some moves. Keep them coming.
Thank you!

What a great intro ;D !
Thanks for the this much needed video as I’m sure many of us wake up with aches and pains.

Glad it helps! That one stretch is an amazing quick option!
Excellent video thank you so well explained and demonstrated!!!
Although my daughter is now 24, I recognize the Big Comfy Couch opening in this video. Awesome!

Great ideas for stretching and activation. Were you using a softball for the TFL rolling?
You make this look soo easy!

Dude she is the best actor. And her "fear" was real. That's my actual alarm and she jumps on me EVERY morning to shut it off haha

Hi Cori! I love your videos! Game changer thanks for sharing them! I tried to find that ball from the video, but only found tennis balls and lacrosse ones... can you let me know which one is the one you used please? Thanks 😘

Your pup is the cutest! I have a white mini schnauzer and she reminds me so much of yours, in looks obviously, but movements and personality too lol
Hi Cori. Would you please let me know the brand of foam ball you are using? Maybe a link? Love the channel...Keith
Thanks for the chest isolation recommended with scorpion! Great great, great channel
Haha!! Love the introduction!!! Great information, I tend to have soreness in my hip area and upper back. 👏👏👏♥️
What's the best ball for this? I've got a pilates spike ball but it's way too hard. Thanks. Love your videos.
