    Hey Alex, sorry to hear about the bad news this week but hope you have a great week next week and amazing start to May but at the same time thanks for showing that up and downs as an owner operator because that’s part of the business. Unfortunately hope you got your truck fixedand that’s doing well for you. Look forward to your next video.

    Great job securing the odd shaped load. I never used to tarp but found if you want to stay loaded, it’s not an option. Keep up the great work!

      Thank you! Yes unfortunately a lot of loads require a tarp especially in winter so have to get used to it if you’ve never done it.

    Surely you should receive compensation for being messed around dude. Time is money. I was in it in the eighties and nineties in the UK. Waiting time over the hour I made sure I got paid, if not no more loads done. Drive safe dude.👍😁🇬🇧

    Hey Alex, from experience I'm going to guess the air ride sensor won't fix it. Ram and Jeep have issues with the air bag systems, and I've seen a lot of airbags having to be replaced. Hope you have better luck than most. Really enjoy your videos, and I am learning a lot. Keep up the good work!

    • @Mr.AlexKogan

      Thank you! My issue wasn’t with my airbags. The bags are working fine. I got a new sensor and it also had to be calibrated. Now everything is good and level.

    Hey my friend, good to see you busy. I was off for the weekend playing with my grandkids, thank goodness it was time for work!!!!! 😅😅 I hope you made some progress with dispatch, as we used to say in the airlines; "if your wheels are touching the ground, you're not making money". I guess the same applies with truckin', our wheels need to be turning... Anyway, on my way to NY. Guess I'll go aggravate some leftist liberals. Sorry to hear about your truck, a big rig is looking better all the time.

    • @Mr.AlexKogan
      @Mr.AlexKogan  5 місяців тому +3

      I can’t really say if it’s good or bad to start now. The market is bad now for all drivers including semi. You’ll have good weeks and bad weeks but I can’t give advice on starting in this industry. In reality nothing has changed over the past half a year. Loads are still cheap and the good ones are hard to grab because there are so many drivers fighting for the same loads.

    New to the hotshot game and wondering how long did it take to start getting decent loads? Most places are looking for months experience at least...is that normal? Any advice...

    • @Mr.AlexKogan
      @Mr.AlexKogan  5 місяців тому

      No advice honestly. Just patience. When I started with new authority I was actually getting a good amount of loads. Not everyone would work with me but bigger companies like TQL and Landstar and some others would. A lot of brokers want 3-6 months before they’ll work with you. Don’t give up. Many brokers work with new authority.
