Don't get me wrong, I love Zoe, but Chloe was just... Better until they took away her character development. I really hope that now that she can't be akumatized that she'll be a better person. Maybe like a Zuko character arc? How he was kind of lost and went back and forth until he found his way?

I’d kind of like to see Chloe with another miraculous, since no one would know her identity. I’m curious if that’s the route season 4 is taking but there will always be a special place in my heart for Queen Bee 🐝 ❤️

I'm going to be very honest now: Chloe will probably get a charactrr devolopment one day, and than PROBABLY Zoe will become a villain. Vesperia is a phase while the producers are too dumb to realise that Lila should be a bad guy, not Chloe

Chloe was doing what she was told by Ladybug to get praise, not because she believed it was right. When you don't believe that what you're doing is right, your morals and values are set on other things meaning it's easy to shift you away from something you aren't holding tightly onto, that's Hawk/Shadowmoth with Chloe.
Basically, there was never any character development.
Chloe needs to change on her own accord, not because Ladybug said so or because Adrikins likes that. Just for the greater good.

She'll learn out of her own accord that things can be done smoothly when one is nice and working for the greater good without expecting anything in return. I think what I love most about Chloe is the lesson she provides on doing things with the intention of helping and improving others without expecting in return. We all forget that part at some point 😅

Thomas Astruc is a shit writer, don't worry about it
Chloe intrigues me because her character arc isn't what usually happens in a children's* program. She isn't redeemed overnight, she struggles to admit hard truths to herself, and she makes bad decisions that seemingly flush all her good karma down the toilet. And there's a chance she might not ever be a "good guy". Some people, you don't work with them, you work _around_ them, trying not to sink to their level. That'd be a helluva powerful message for the kids.
No I'm glad she regressed, she has had far too many chances to change for good and she wasted them being selfish/ attention seeking. Hell she never even properly earned Pollen imo. And unless she genuinely apologises for all the torment she's caused throughout the years (which is alot!) some of may not forgive her actions.
