Yes Cliff your points are absolutely correct. I’ve seen those frustrated passengers in the terminal. However as you said often times they didn’t follow up with the passenger terminal personnel on their status or missed the announcements. Thanks for sharing ✌🏾
I would like to share something that happened. While on active duty I was travelling Space A to Camp Zama Japan. In Guam we made it all the way to the point of being outside on the tarmac. The only thing left was the safety brief. Well we got bumped for unknown reasons. I looked directly in the pilots eyes in the cockpit and he was just looking at me and my family. Anyways unless you are in the air you are good!
