    I think most teachers and trainers are not good at how to make other people realize perfectly what they try to say = aka teach. This guy IS good teacher and coach/trainer, this is how you teach people. I admire good teachers, because there are so few of them after all.

    I'm 70 now and when I was a competing power lifter as a teenager we used to Vaseline our thighs so the bar would slide up easier. We would no more have the bar away from our body than fly to the moon, not much progress since then it would appear.All the best from the UK

    Coach, if you had to choose one lift to become overall stronger, would you choose squat or deadlift?

      Deadlift is probably better, since it uses more muscle and is overall usually stronger than most people's squats

      Dude, average male heigh is 170cm and he 175cm, so what do you mean?
