Awesome review mate.. Keep up with good work
Thanks!
Also, I’d love to see more Lancier reviews. I enjoy that line. And they just released quite a few new frames.
Cool sunglasses, have a couple of them in the optician.
Website says the lenses are CR-39, not nylon. Urethane for the more expensive models in the lineup. 🤷♂️
I really like these for a more active frame. I have the 700 in the sea lens and I really like them.
Just bought a new pair of Matsuda's the M3023's in blue !
I am considering a pair from Dita, and or the Serengeti Wayne. This seems like the best of both worlds..
Will you ever review the dita LSA-407
Since the Land version is the one recommended for driving and is also polarized, this answered me the always unanswered questions. Polarized or non-polarized for driving. It seems like the question has finally been answered and looks like don't have to throw away my MJs and RB Chromances after all.
Being a professional driver for nearly 10 years, I have always worn polarized sunglasses. When I'm about to get a new style, everyone says to get another polarized one. I only have Maui Jim's and RB Chromance glasses but prefer MJ, definitely...anyway. in the last few months some UA-cam channels made me feel like I've made the wrong choice for so many years and should've gone for non-polarized for driving.
Here in the UK, heavy rains are quite often followed by bright sunshine straight away. The glare on the roads are unbearable at these situations, I also have heavy migrains sometimes. It is just hard to believe a non-polarized lens could help in weather like this. But like I said I haven't had non-polarized lenses for many years so I guess I have to buy one to see how it performs.
It's funny cos all of my colleagues and I reckon 95% this industry if they have to choose a pair of sunglasses for driving, they would go for polarized.
So have we drivers all been misleaded by the aggressive opticians marketing and their sale targets and the non-polarized lenses should've been the way to go?
Great review as always. Though i am less than impressed with the Lancier quality: i've tried a pair and they just felt cheap to me. Also the lenses are definitely subpar as per the original Lancier collection, which had mineral glass lenses.
Still waiting for your reply to my latest comment, by the way...
can you replace the lenses ?
Yes
Nice to see titanium frames starting at 300, most of ‘‘em are 400+ , but my dumbass would scratch the nylon lenses almost immediately
Ya I feel that!
🔥
Nice guy 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Temples are made of acetate not cheap plastic, but yeah not as expensive as titanium
Those kinda remind me of Ray ban rb3588
