Not a fan of the metal etchings, but I dig these. Vintage and masculine. 70s style always wins. Just wish Ray ban's quality was closer to Oliver Peoples or Randolph. Well made shades matters if you intended to wear something long term. RB really are made to be worn out in a few years. Probably a smarter business model. Love the RBs I have tho. Great looking designs. Still... wish I was into collecting shades when B&L ran things. I met a guy recently who swapped new glass lenses (looked like Maui Jim's Blue Hawaii) into a vintage pair of sportsman aviators. Craftmanship and timeless design
