Mirko Paragano yes, I find Ash waza extremely effective against heavyweights. These techniques are also great to break up heavyweights and use as combinations into other throws.
@@SampsonJudo if He is taller too? Anyway ... when i execute this technique i must twist him while i'm moving out and block his leg? Or i movin' in block and lift the leg from the front and twist him down like Muneta's sasae? Thanks for all the technical advices
I have found a lot of leg-techniques work really well against heavier opponents. Static not so much, but then again, I've always felt it was my own responsibility not to let the match get to be static. Most techniques work much better when done from some kind of movement. And if nothing else, in case of a draw referees tend to hand the match to the more active person. I'd rather be that one.
