- Hello and welcome to today's video! Today I'm taking an exciting flight with Swiss International Airlines on one of their A220-300's (formerly CS300) in economy class.
FLIGHT INFO:
Airline: Swiss International Airlines, LX

Aircraft Age: 3 months (at time of flight)
Registration: HB-JCJ
Seat: 18A
Flight Time: 1hr 30mins
Origin: London Heathrow Airport, LHR
Destination: Geneva International Airport, GVA
Date: August 2018
This has to be one of my favourite flights I've taken just because of the amazing sunset views, an awesome seat on an awesome aircraft and flying through storms, all on one flight!
As we approach Geneva, you can see the storms building! In fact, we were the last flight to land that night due to the severity of the storms.
So, what are the seats and cabin like overall? Well, I was super impressed with the seat. It is comfortable and of a good size. The cabin is light and modern and the crew were very helpful and friendly. The tray table was clean and sturdy, unlike some other airlines that I have flown with. The seat does have 2 seat back pockets, but they are quite small and I couldn’t fit all of my belongings in them. It would have been nicer to has one big pocket. However, at least there is a pocket here! I also really loved the small screens above each seat which displayed a flight map and the safety demonstration.The legroom is adequate. I’m 6ft 3 and I was comfortable through out the flight, so this posed no problems for me.
You can also see lightning strikes at various points on our approach to Geneva Airport, and one big one just before touchdown! This flight was also reasonably priced at about £70 on way, but for the passenger experience received, it was truly worth it.

Good job! Great landscapes for this trip report. Just to be curious: didn't they offer a complimentary service apart the classic Swiss chocolate? I remember LX like one of the best European airlines for their service as well even though I flew with time in 2014 last time. Anyway... I subscribed to your channel. Maybe we meet up in the air. ;)
No, unfortunately they don't on the Heathrow routes for some reason. Still a good flight though!
