My doctor tried to get me on ozem but i refused. I’ll just continue my insulin and other meds. Not gonna take that chance ever. When I saw it was being pushed so much I realized it wasn’t safe just like something else that was being pushed a few years ago. If it’s being pushed don’t take it

You’re supposed to use it for a short time while changing your diet then stop. But these ppl are using it long term. That’s why they’re having issues. They can afford a chef to make their meals, like what’s their problem!
I seen plenty of commercials on UA-cam where people are still eating the way they used to eat hamburgers freeze chocolate cakes drinking oh I forgot to say same kind of food but small small portions they say you're not supposed to eat any of that no more you supposed to change everything while you're on this medication

You have to be under a doctor's care the MD will monitor the Patients while on that medication Also Dietician will work with MD Weight loss, diet, test exp.labs and exercise . Each individual have different doses according BMI. It will have side effects different ways. after the individual system adapts to the med. Side effects May stop. Some people have health issues with the extra weight, and under MD watch is the right Way to go. Only prescription, don't Fall for online or bootleg medicine is very dangerous.
