calisthenics wont give you big muscles unless you are a genetic beast, otherwise its hard training in the gym combined with steroids, the mildest form would be just testosteron and of course eating right. Otherwise you will look lean but more on the skinny side. Getting the mass is tough without steroids, especially when you are a hardgainer. @@rhowan9782
@@danbarb9728 I agree to the first things you said but not so much on your last sentence -- Especially when you have a smaller frame*. "Hardgainer" is a myth. Everyone can gain weight. But also depends on how your genetics are, trash genetics build a lot of fat with little muscle, when in a caloric surplus.
When i was younger i could eat 10000 calories and nothing happend for month, i was skinny all the time. When i got older it changed to skinny fat, of course fat is relative but there was a bit of fat in the belly area, nothing dramatically. Since 4 years i am training my ass off 5 times a week without steroids. I am still the typical skinny type of guy but with more muscles, not huge 3D muscles. I would say i look more like a boxer or MMA fighter from the body, not a bodybuilder. The real gain in weight happend actually in the first 2 years, after that there were not much gains. It also depends on how high your natural level of testosteron is, every man has a different level but the real 3D muscles like you see from bodybuilders can not be reached without hormones in my mind. I can not take testosteron because i have already genetic hair loss and DHT is the reason for hair loss, i wanna keep my still good hair as long as possible, also i would need a good doctor and medizine grade testosteron which is not possible to get here in europe unless a doctor would prescribe it to you and then you have the estrogen problem as well and all that. @@Avareee.
