Me too, I knew that interview was coming because Dane was featured on a shorter video and I plan to listen to that video again this weekend
I'm not even a bodybuilder and I'm not really interested in bodybuilding but I always watched John's videos, he was a brilliant man he also had a lot of cool accessories I could utilize in my own training and when he collaborated with others it was always a special treat because he was that great of a man. I still watch his videos while his family manages the channel

Yeah Dane I'm so far on board with you on that to where I quit telling people I have two power days or two speed days, I now say I train impulse twice a week
How do you build this program in the app?
Hi, what would you recommend for a heavyweight wrestler (108kg, 237lb) wrestler who is trying to do two sessions a day but finding it quite fatiguing? Especially if the morning sessions are heavy compound lifts, seems really hard to then do a hard practice in the evening. Not sure if there’s something I’m doing wrong or just gotta embrace the difficulty…or need to get in better shape. Thanks for the great videos and love your content 👍
