When we stay in hotel we say it’s our room , she’s explaining in that way and some over enthusiastic people are jumping in to tell it’s not hers ITC don’t sell. Audience know the meaning of service apartment and that itc kohinoor is a hotel and we know the MEANING OF A STAYCATION which she mentioned 10 times in the video . No one is uneducated not to understand that much. Don’t jump to conclusions because you don’t have basic knowledge
