I saw someone running solo legendary DUA with a hotshot determined build, the biggest problem is the heavies, but in theory, as long as you have a few normal/veteran ads alive alongside the tanks, you can headshot the red enemy, pop the heavy’s helmet, go for a headshot on the veteran enemy and then one shot the tank. Getting random undeserved headshots is satisfying but it’s too frustrating in legendary, i much prefer my oonga boonga Elmo strikers
Use the Merciless as secondary. It is quite good for those heavy when you have trouble. And here is something that nobody is thinking: Why not using the Artificer hive with the turret? Distraction, Some damage and also full repair. It will keep the heavy occupied for a long time and you can stay and hold the position.
@@bertrasta that it's not a skill build. It is a red build. With technician your turret will be at skill tier 1. And the Artificer will will be able to keep it alive for longer proving more distraction time than the decoy (you can use it even with the decoy because it will also refresh the time)
ive run this with belstone chest (WH, Headshot) headhunter, the momento (i have also used the second belstone bag) and a turret with a decoy. I usually try to get the long term buffs the momento buffs are used for the turret to distract rushers and chungas. It can be a bit rough in legendary, if you dont prioritize targets. I agree as well, the devs have given us determined in its current state. Other creators hate on users, as being cheesy. Those folks are just elites, as if we should play the game the way they say. Build whatever Da Fawk you wanna build. gg

I use it with Mantis , Chainkiller and The Gift for global events or just for solo fun in the open world . The Bloodsucker idea is pretty cool in open world but you missing tons of damage in Legendary . When not even the TAC is scratching the Chungas then you have a problem 🤣🤣🤣. Can't wait for the Mantis (MMR's in general) to get the much needed buff .

@djtickle the perfect determined dosent do what regular determined does. It fades like it's susposed to. Determined got fixed once and was immediately broken with their hot fix. Probably reverted the patch trying to fix somthing else
That’s because snipers have never been any use in the Division 2 because everything is determined by the amount of Damage Per Second and Not Damage Per Shot. Snipers will never be any good in a Damage Per Second game. Especially on more “challenging”(bullet sponge) content 😊 Because if Snipers where viable more players would be using them .

No need for that,legendary chungas cant destroy my skill tier 5 turret on my skill build.

Determined is great for catching up to shd 1000 for solo new players but if you run it in a team they'll kick you or will just leave the team.
I run hotshot, chain killer chest and araldi bloodsucker BP, obviously all headshot DMG.
