I think the answer is simple, you pull for the most optimized F2P account. Mr. Powercreep said that if you aren't greedy or stupid, you'll do good. Therefore I see this as the best time to showcase how its done.
7:23:11 i just think that getting eidolons on new characters that already have pretty big power level will just make game boring. Getting eidolons on older characters that need this boost of power is a really good idea and will allow to have fun with them by bringing them closer to new character power level. With content we are going to have in close future(aoe) Herta will keep performing well. And if Bob will start to feel that she needs some help in the future Bob can pull her eidolons, but at the same time, Bob can also get a new toy that will fit the environment well. When environment will be good for Herta again she could be used well again too. My usual plan is having one team that can be really strong at close distance and other half can be carried by older team that just matches mechanic and element type of stage. I feel like best course of action for Bob was trying to get Fugue last patch and Lingsha in this patch. This way you basically have really solid break team and Lingsha can be used as a healer in other teams as well. It also helpsnwith pure fiction a lot.
I am f2p and i pull for eidolons. And I don't understand people who say "If you pull eidols, you skip content.". What kind of content am I missing, one 3d model?
@Galahad-v3d You're just generalizing your situation, hoarding new units isn't gonna make your account better, especially in Bob's case, he literally said he's focusing on 2 teams only for the upcoming year, he doesn't need more than 2 or 3 dps for the next year and already has Herta, so investing in them via eidolons can be good, in the end, if you or any f2p is very unlucky then so be it, you can't invest more, but if you're lucky, it can be beneficial to keep investing in that unit, more than key units, some eidolons can literally make your life much easier.

Honestly March needs more optimization, March is better at the peak of FX (now with RMC it might change idk) and Moze is just sometimes better
F2p means spending no $. pulling lcs and eidolans don't break f2p so it is fine
