Living Legend creates art to support charity!

A local man who lost mobility in his arms and legs due to multiple sclerosis is finding a way to create art and support charity. Artist Alan Deacon creates watercolor paintings using a paintbrush attached to the brim of his hat - a unique assistive device created by his son.
