If you are really interested in transformation, it begins with the renewal of the mind. So we want to be intentional about asking the question: “What am I focusing on most in my thinking?”
The thing I love about God and my learning is that He is always happy to teach me and show me something new. He is always delighted in showing me the upgrade that is available in my situation.
So the issue then is what do you want to focus on and what do you want to empower in your thinking?
It’s not about getting it right every time, so practice with your current life situations, take notes on what you learn, and keep loving the learning. I would love to hear about what you are choosing to focus on in the comments.

Something I heard before and it stuck with me, "do me a favor and enjoy this journey we're on together" , I thought, when I'm facing devastation how can I enjoy? The Lord said let me show you how, and he has kept his word, right now I'm facing a multiple of situations that could turn out catastrophic, I "see" no provision and no hope (by the world's view) it turning out well and the thoughts try to bombard what's going to happen, but I live each day in peace, I refuse to give one second to negative thoughts, and instead of begging God, let me know what's ahead, I just live each day by day knowing he's got me, and you know what? I'm just fine at the end of that day. Keeping our focus on the Lord is key and crucial to living a life in peace. I see each day my strength in confidence grows that I know I'm going to be okay and God's going to make a way. Thank you for adding to... you're on the right track, keep your eyes focused on me and not the storm 🙏

I’ve been practising this during the past 2 months. Dealing with negativity and bitterness in those I live with was at first excruciating until your, Graham, mentoring on how to walk through this in the kingdom and applying it 24/7.
Wow!…..No……”WOW!”…….
This has changed EVERYTHING! I can only describe it as having a cushion placed around me that grows and becomes more soft the more I renew my thoughts and reactions whilst functioning in the opposite to negativity..etc.
This has enabled me to love them first, as Jesus does first and foremost and to then step out with Him in peace and humility. Constantly focused on keeping my mind in the opposite to what is bombarding me in any given moment and as you say Graham…becoming Teflon!
I giggle with Holy Spirit when one of those negative bombs are thrown at me …I say …”Duck HS…that was another one! It just rolled of my back like water off of a duck!”

Thank you Donna this is really encouraging...I just argued again - after many months of gradually improved relationship - with my mother and saying things to her in response to some lies she is believing, which I should not have said. Would appreciate any hints on how to get along with unbelieving hurting people in one´s family! In the last month I´m increasingly feeling a bit schizophrenic, leaving behind the old stuff and getting to know the new man in me... It´s really funny how the pieces of the puzzle are being reassembled by God, but also quite scary when the pieces just are still lying apart - hope this makes sense.
@@matyasbendek1807 Hi! The ‘key’ to being able and being “enabled’ was so simple. It has taken me 5 years to really understand what I’m about to share with you regarding this key. It is a most precious key that opens the very first door and then for the rest of our journey, here on earth, will begin opening all other doors after that!
It’s a very small, light and humble key and like me, you might not see it at first as you try in your own strength to be brave, be happy, be strong (lol) over and over and over again and also to be courageous whilst becoming so exhausted having completely draining yourself in the ‘trying in my own flesh’ season. Ha ha…I have been doing this without even knowing I was for 5 years! Then I received this little precious gold key which had a word on it. It said ‘Jesus’. It was then that I realized that because of all of the rejection I had indured all my life from the age of 6 up until Nov of last year…yes just now I realised that it wasn’t my fault that I couldn’t ‘see’ or ‘hear’ Him enough but no…it was because I was broken. For a couple weeks I have been asking Holy Spirit why I was the way I was. Not really being able to let go and let Him..Jesus…to come fully in my heart and last week Holy Spirit diagnosed me as having PTSD. It has set me free! Now I am open for the first time to give Jesus all of me. Isn’t it on derail that just knowing that I now had a title to what I have been really battling inside because I KNOW HE CAN HEAL ME.
And once I accepted that I was broken, totally broken, could I then get on my belly and give everything to Jesus.
This happened only a few days ago! I was at my end trying to ‘fix’ me and still the negativity was still effecting meat times.
All of what I wrote in the comment above is the most amazing thing I have heard yet from Graham and IT WORKS. But…I couldn’t go any further in being able to LOVE those hurting me. Not until this past week whilst having surrendered all to Him that Jesus showed me His face and He has wrapped Himself around me, delivered me some more and has written on my heart….”I AM it! I AM everything and more that you’ll ever need.”
Now is the time, now in these days, to turn to Him and say…”Lord, I can’t do this but You can..” “Help me to be able to love Your people 100% regardless of what they say or do to me and able me to shrink small for You to come forth BIG.”
I have let go of ALL of the controls and finally have given Him them. He has filled my heart with pure perfect love that I didn’t feel just a few days ago and it has changed everything. My brother He is there with you…let Him in and keep in His presence is key. Blessings to you and yours and I hope this helps in someways.

"What do you call a duck with too many feathers on its head!"
I then saw the most funny head of a duck with its head over covered with feathers!
I giggled and replied "I don't know..."
His answer...."Soft in the head!". LOL!
Hence the 'duck' theme going on between us 😂

For anyone who is 50-50 in their faith and they’re thinking they’re praying for is either gonna completely 100% go great OR go 100% wrong, if you understand I’m saying, I was going through that too and honestly I only had a mustard seed of faith that I could get healed with my food allergy I had to get in the right headspace and change things about myself mentally. A lady prayed for me and I believed it work and it did!!!!! I can eat everything I couldn’t eat before!
Wow. thanks for sharing. I deal with food allergies because of Mast cell disease.

Seeing that my mind tends to magnify what I am focusing on helps me surrender my tendency to focus on distractions both big and small; especially the seemingly littlest distractions that only feed my double-mindedness. Today I am more joyful than ever as I anticipate focusing on God's undivided attention and intention towards my being delighted and more able to experience the fullness of joy that is available in all of my circumstances; any situations that require a kingdom response. Please pray for my niece she has been diagnosed with liver cancer and I walking with her on this journey and then I was told by the doctor report that symptoms are in my bone Arthiritis.
