I have a feeling that if he'd made it to old age (i.e., to now -- the 2020s), he would have looked like the older Lee Marvin. Both shared similar qualities, not only in looks but in personality as well.

His real name is Douglas M. Cooper, he was my cousin. He was from West Virginia. He passed away at his mother's in Ohio and was brought back to the family cemetery and buried here in West Virginia, where his brothers are also buried who died soon after birth. Doug was always a joyful type of guy... and yes, that SMIRK he shows so many times, he actually did that all the time while being talked too. He told me that way no one truly knew what he was thinking, if he was smiling all the time.
Tim Kramer had real star quality. It is a shame his career was on the low road. I think if he had lived he might have made it to the legitimate theater.

He returned to his mothers home and passed away. She brought him back to the family cemetery here in West Virginia and he was buried alongside his brothers who had passed away soon after being born.
