Correction: Maine doesn't really make sense for a song about Nelson, what's much more proper is to say 'main' rather than 'maine'. Note: Main is a naval reference to a deck of cannons (if im correct)
british royal marine is consider the strongest marine force during napoleonic war and yet they lose to a small fishing boat that mean they just luck out on the other fight with the french marine if napoleon actually care about the marine faction then he could have invade the britian
@@HonoredOne167 i did a quick research at google and yes in the first you're right he is a commander (naval commander to be exact) but i dont think that he is the who kill napoleon i mean he's already died in the traflgar war and i still dont know what war is napoleon get killed. @@fawwazrakigunawan8748 No no, he DEFEATED napoleon one time (not kill). Napoleon actually didn't die in his wars, but lost in his final war at Waterloo. He was exiled to a second island where it was heavily guarded, his official cause of death was stomach cancer right on that island.

Indeed, women were given a chance to join britan during the wars. But only to cook

The fishing boat in question got lucky and hit the ship’s magazine, which caused it to explode. No cannonball could ever cause an explosion that big

Britannia they expected! (Continue lyrics in comments)
Great news from our fleet!
Commaaanded by Lord Neeelson! the freeench for to meeeet
We fought on the deep we cannoned on the Maine
In the battle of trafalgar
Where Nelson was slain….
We only hear the third line before we fight them
I wonder why are they fighting russians arent they are in temporant peace?
they were tasked with keeping the city quarantined and because of that it has to destroy any ships that try to escape
@@Shoplifting_Extravaganza thanks for info
They're not fighting Russians, they're fighting the Danish
Ita copenhagen, not mosckw
They think the players have the blight
Then aloft high in the rigging!A Frenchman fired a ball And that was the cause of our great lord nelsons fall
I love how the british made a song for the loss of nelson just because they are massive simps for him is peek human
I dont forget wanna be that guy but there’s like hundreds maybe thousands of songs out there that’s just about 1 person probably
Ye, but the British makes it more understandable due to them speaking one language that I can understand so I'm biased
Wait, there’s no woman in the ship why do i hear a girl voice singing!?!?!?
I JUAT REALIZED THERE IS A TRANSGENDER THERE
WAIT WHICH PART WAS IT AT
OH CRAP YOUR RIGHT, MIGHT BE THE SHIP’S COOK. But we only hear them sing until line 3 so-
Let the cook onboard cook with the crew
it's not Maine its "main"
