Surfing down a Vermont Black Diamond Trail after 16 inches of POWDER!

It looked like the East Coast was done for the season with all the rain, but this recent snowstorm blessed Vermont with some incredibly soft powder. Sugarbush had over a foot of snow and was continuing to dump on Monday, March 11, 2024.
Sugarbush was closed most of the day on Sunday due to a power outage and then most of the mid-mountain lifts were closed in the morning. We got to Heaven’s Gate lift just as they were opening up for the first time in weeks. We were about 30 people behind the first lift but got some great fresh lines going down Organgrinder (awesome name). Best powder I’ve ridden in my life. #gopro #pov #vermont #snowboarding #powder #eastcoast
