Finally someone actually agree with the fact that baseball is a hard sport. And that was at about 60mph so once you get more speed and start developing some off speeds then it will be 10x harder.

catching a ground ball is actually really hard when it's a professional game where the ball goes really fast especially to a person who has never had any baseball trainings
As a football/soccer fan, I will tell you now, goalie is actually the most difficult position. You must have INCREDIBLE reflexes, stretch, and height to even try to be a keeper.

As a varsity bowler, I can confirm that you need to take your time with it and be calm. Know where you're going with the ball. However, splits are possible to make if you hit it just right! :)
