It just seems off, especially when compared to the first attempt.
So, the story so far is:
Older staunch right winger with an unverifiable capacity to know DJTs exact whereabouts somehow makes it onto Trump's golf course heavily armed and in position just one hole ahead of his target, completely undetected until the last moment even in the wake of the first assassination attempt (after all that talk about the SS and whoever else being incompetent in regards to security, paving the way for the “inside job” conspiracy)
The man doesn’t fire, is shot at several times by actual professional shooters and never gets hit at ~600 yards, flees. They find what appears to be generic terrorist paraphernalia staged against a fence. The backpacks seem to be improvised bulletproof vests. Unprompted, a civilian manages to capture footage of his escape vehicle in the few moments it’s taking him to flee. He’s detained immediately.
It just feels…strange. The conspiracy theorist in me says they found this guy and made a proposition. He’s an over the hill delusional/documented mentally unstable nobody who may have been willing to do anything to restore “hope” in his initial preferred candidate. “We know you’re disappointed, but do this and we can make it happen. You won’t be harmed.” Crazy, I know.
Still, I’ll definitely be following this guy for next few years to see if he actually does time, or is nonchalantly released once things die down.

A caller brought up WWE. I appreciate that. Man, it's tough. I'm one of the only wrestling fans who can't stand Trump, Vince, Hogan and the rest of those MAGA jabronis. I'm severely outnumbered and laughed out of many comment sections for calling it the way I see it. The funniest part is, one of the last biggest eras that saved WWE (back when it was WWF) was pretty much a master class of how the elite treat the working/middle class. When Vince was screwing Bret, then officially turning heel to have an angle with Stone Cold that's something for the working man.
When the Ministry of Darkness, Corporate Mnistry, McMahon-Helmsley Regime had all sorts of goons cheating or having the officials in their pockets (or the officials being their friends in the gang), and was beating The Rock and Kane's ass every week, that's a master class in supremacy, greed and corruption (to build up Triple H and Stephanie as a power couple). Yet these folks who grew up seeing the same shit I did, and convinced themselves that those bad guys were all democrats or liberals. Those were the power-hungry conservatives. Right To Censor isn't a 'woke mob', Stevie Richards was basically Ron DeSantis. Nowadays, attitude era fans are bitching about WWE going soft, but they conveniently forget how much Vince watered down the product so his wife Linda could get into government, and he could build relationships within to give him breaks. They act like feminists, GLAAD and NAACP run the company now, as opposed to Vince, Stephanie, Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Bruce Prichard who are all MAGA heads. All because Brock Lesnar, who beat up blacks all day to get most of his title victories, isn't always winning, and isn't always champion anymore, or some other super roided up white dude isn't the only one getting the title.
Again, it's tough being a wrestling fan and a decent person. Smh Sorry for my long rant. Just wanted to put forth my perspective as a wrestling fan watching.
