I'm just being a smart Alec... because bitterness held me down for so long...then I heard a good sermon on bitterness and I realized that a lot of people get influenced by satan and that awoken compassion inside me ..I still struggle but not as much...I've turned the corner and I'm truly working on it... Hi Mama Jackie! Long time since we connected. I'm glad that I checked in Today and you're sharing the JOY of the Lord, and Christ's LOVE in you with all of us.
Sara and I have been in Pennsylvania for almost 3 months now. We're in a transition period and waiting for my settlement from 7 years of fighting for Social Security Disability insurance. I finally won my case on November 8th, and twice already Social security has sent my money to the wrong place! Not once, BUT TWICE!
Anyway, one of our neighbors is a fella named, Don Trego
He is 92 years old! Born in 1931. I was born in 1967! Don has one son that is 65 years old. Don was married for 69 years, and was with his Bride for 77 years! I keep Don company almost every day. And he truly is a gift from God.
His wife died last May. Not even one year yet.
He misses her dearly.
Don still drives, and just drove us to the supermarket yesterday to do food shopping.
PLEASE keep us in prayer, Mama. 🙏☝
And know that I love you, though we've never actually met.
