    I listen to u later now I am wondering why you dont say specific at the Creativity stage the problem is unprofesionalism and informal communication? You have to point out your entreprnor skills and the crisis you are facing with developmnet due the lack of eduction. As a result of an professional education is expected that the company is having a formal communication. When a partenersh6ips see the the lack of knowledge is not like they want to associate with your small company . Than go trough all stages and find some reason for being
