What is wrong with this judge. This is his courtroom, not fannis. She should not have been in the courtroom until called
The judge seems scared of Fani. Fani doesn't answer the questions without bedtimes stories. This is a farce.
Several times She answered a bit like trump has in the last , but was clearer and made actual points of law and interest . She was better at Trump than he is.
She did nothing wrong. Neither did Wade.

Not sure how this thing is gonna end, but this was not a good look for DA Willis. I have never seen a judge allow a witness to bloviate this much in their responses.

I’ve never seen a case where a judge allowed the defendants to try to prosecute prosecutors before a trial. So they screwed for under a year. Who gives a fu(k. It’s nine of our business. What? You think Fani Willis needed money? She’s worth over 8 million dollars. God, Trump supporters are stupid.
Wade was allowed to do the same thing, but I blame the attorneys on the other side. They could’ve stopped them.
I think that was a calculated risk on the defense team's part. I think it was a case of giving Wade and Willis enough rope to hang themselves by giving small details that might reveal small inconsistencies in their contrived stories to explain away the romantic trips and why there isn't any physical evidence to prove the cash payments from Willis to Wade. @@moniquebaskett338

The difference between Trump and Fani is She had done nothing wrong she is being used just like the courts ,are being used by trump to try and delay the hearings of Donald trumps that he is guilty of
So if your going to complain about Miss Willis have the decency to also complain about Mr Trump unless of course your not mentioning Mr Trump because you think he's got more rights than anyone else.

I had the utmost respect for MS Willis. Shocked at her behavior. The Judge allowed her to run over the lawyers questions. She showed disrespect to the proceedings. How can we expect our children to respect the law when our judges and attorneys do not.

How is spending your salary on a vacation or whatever you want “corrupt” or “bias?” She receives a salary for her work as DA and Wade is paid for his services rendered via County-approved contract, they can spend their paychecks however they want and it’s none of our business. And what exactly do you mean by “that is a basic tenant of law?” By the way, it’s tenet, a guiding principle. A tenANt is a person renting or occupying a space.
@@jeanniep1003these people are PUBLIC SERVANTS. They are required by law to submit either a public or confidential financial disclosure usually every year to remain in compliance with ethics laws. They better be damn sure to be able to account for every dollar they exchange.

Also, these two consenting adults worked for their pay, she’s salaries and he’s paid a pittance to prosecute this case, $250 hour. What they spend the money they receive for work completed is none of your business. If you believe they should disclose their spending habits because they’re paid with public funds then you do t want to live in a free society with a right to privacy…AND THATS WHAT YOU’RE RISKING WITH YOUR MINDSET.

He made sure to mention being a man as the reason he couldn't remember the date their relationship ended. Just like Willis said he would probably think it was a different date than she did because "he's a man." The judge was calm and polite and she was just hostile and rude. Even if she thinks its all ridiculous then just show that with her answers. You cant disrespect the judges court room just because youre DA

It is a huge conflict of interest for DA Fani Willis to hire Nathan Wade to do business on behalf of her Government office if she is having a romantic relationship with him for the exact reason they are being investigated. It is too easy for her to officially sign off on paying him huge amounts of money and then turn around and benefit financially through her romantic relationship with him. Judges have way more privilege in court most likely than a past President that doesn't understand the judicial system except for how to sue and exploit it up and down to get what he wants from a corporate point of view. Of course the judge handling this is going to treat her with way more respect as a peer. It's part of the, 'not guilty' until proven, most integral part of the process. As a 'not guilty' judge, of course she gets some respect even if they're investigating her and the DA. As for Donald Trump in his trials, he's 'citizen Trump,' which means he's just like any other American defendant in the judicial system's eyes.
The judge let her act very unprofessional with America watching. If any regular tax payer in Georgia would act like this in that court room I wonder what would happen.
