Always found good looks at multivortex structure fascinating. There's apparently a Native American legend (I want to say Cherokee, but I'm not sure) that if you see the man walking in the tornado, it means you're about to die. When you get a good look at the base of a multivortex tornado, you can see where that legend comes from...
That was indeed a day for tornadoes in the heartland. I have seen videos from the same day from Hesston, Kansas and Wakita, Oklahoma. I don't remember there being these others, but my husband was in the Hesston tornado, only a block from some of the worst damage, when it occurred.
According to Wikipedia, there were 3 tornadoes in Hall County that day. There was an F3 NW of Minden to S of Cairo, an F2 S of Wood River, and another F3 N of Alda to NW of Archer. Which tornado is this one?
The Thunderbolt 1000T Siren ambiance is eerie and chilling.

Seeing the tornado, hearing the thunder, and last but not least the thunderbolt siren. Scary to see and hear it all at once.

Was this tornado anticyclonic?
Seperate. The Grant Island tornado and Lawrence tornado were spawned by different storms.
I think this was the second F3, the one that went through extreme NW Grand Island.
