It's 'ISM' and that man is a philadelphia graffiti legend not only is he the originator of the 'Wicket' he started SAM 1 Sly Artistic Masters and ICP Imperial Casanova Persuaders. Graffiti artist still talk about him & SAM 1 to this day in philly because of his style and how many hits he had on the walls in Philadelphia. Maybe you don't understand the ISM check dude out he can teach u something..
