Well, why Republique is a worst ship?? She's a good for sniping but I actually makes sense of it and even Preussen can capable of Brawls but 457 mm is good and can ability on overmatch.
Because 2x4 gun layout. One front and one rear. Also preceding ships is pain to play such as Normandie, you must go almost full broadside to use all guns at once.
I feel like République is really weird ship in the line, I'd love for them to do what they did with GK and Moskva and replace it with a different ship. Perhaps a bigger Richelieu with the 431mm guns on République and Patrie and make it actually fast like Bourgogne. I love République, it was my first tier 10 ship but it's just in a really odd place right now.
I find repu awesome, the fact you can have as little as 15 seconds of reload with some AR without it being arms race means enemies can never fully relax on showing side for their own guns.

Also colombo received some nice buffs and Is one of the best BBS to deal against subs with 18-20k SAP salvos. They just posted bad infos on these lines
Ok, I only have Shimanto, but what's wrong with Yodo? Their effective range might be 15~km, but they are VERY effective in that 15km. *Excuse me sir.* Yodo has IJN HE. That is _quite_ reliable.
I've played WOWS around 1 and a half maybe 2 years, compared to most of the active players I'm still quite new to the game. I'm a BB main player, I've played the Yamato line, British line, and American BBs. Recently I started playing the Italian line, which I found it supper entertaining, back to back to back Kraken Unleashed games, every game 150K +, I never got Kraken on all other BBs but Italian. My opinion, the Italian line is just the best BB line for me, I'm currently at T8 and the Veneto is just so good, not sure if C Colombo is as bad as you said, but for now I feel Italian BBs is the best.
A lot of people clearly dont know what they're talking about in this comment section. Republique is pretty bad in 2024 for several reasons: First of all, there is more 32mm overmatch/hard couter than ever at her Tier bracket. A Satsuma is in the ennemy team? Well you better hope he doesnt point his guns at you because you cant angle against that. A Forrest sherman is camping on the point? Well too bad you cant approach within 15km of his smoke or you'll just melt. A UU gouuden leuw is behind an island? Well too bad you cant push otherwise you get absolutely nuked into the stratoshphere. Republique was also powercrept to absolute oblivion by several ships. St. Vincent for example can do everything Republique does, but better. She's faster, she's more survivable, she has better firepower, she has better maneuverability, she has fucking torps etc....
I have to defend my poor girl Jinan here. She has fantastic reload on her guns and is a good spamming fire starter. Basically Mino reload with HE but just regular heal. Also great AA.
@@octaviusmorlock True. I forgot to mention that. But with the amount of shells you shoot you will get some permanent fires on the BB of your choice rather quickly. Most Cruisers can be hit for decent damage as well. For me the Nevsky line had the same issue but it bothered me way more due to the "slow" reload when comparedto Jinan. Aiming with the lofty shells is also hard but you do pen most of the superstructures in game (at least it looks to me like that). Recall talking Dalian to ranked and against a Riga I could do nothing, so I feel that.😆

Colombo is my highest average damage (120k average) and highest win rate (64%) t10 bb over 160 battles. Colombo will chunk 10k plus off enemy bb and ca even if they bow on to you, and it is moves like no other bb because of 360 degree turrets.
This is literally a bullshit list.... Pruessen is the best German Ship far better than GK and also the overmatch compensates far enough for the Schliffen secondaries. Also, (a fact to check) overall damage record on every server states that Pruessen leads the German line.
Playing British subs is a punishment, it's like a penal battalion, you're not allowed to go anywhere away from your teammates and if things go wrong you get left behind to get overrun and die helplessly. Being completely reliant on homing torps while having the slowest pings in the game is just the cherry on top.
With MvR they reversed the nerf a bit, 2 years ago it was unplayable cause it couldn't even hit BBs. Nowadays it hits BB quite easy and even some bigger cruisers. Few days ago I smashed Agir with 3 cuts for about 25k. He wasn't happy.
disagree on Jinan, I think her ability to shut down a flank with those punchy deepwater torps and do so with the safety of an excelent smoke screen (lots of charges, middle of the pack in duration, with a decent reload time) certainly puts it above Yodo.
I think the title is misleading, it's more of a "ships not recommended for begginers" list. While some ship are legit terrible (thrasher, delny, yodo, regolo), the rest is really alright/good. Jinan is one of the best light cruiser, Repub is still ok even if it's getting powercrept by 32mm overmatch, Colombo is good now and MVR gets unhealable damage for free. Meanwhile if you really want to go for the "worst ships in the game", where is Z52 (shit dpm, shit smokes)? Zao (shit angles that makes it really hard to play and no HP)? Shimakaze (Potatos' favorite ship, with barely any game impact and relies more on how dumb your enemies are than anything)?
the only ship I will agree with you on is Z-52 in randoms, the rest comes down to player skill and adaptability. Repub sucks. Thrasher is clearly the best ship in the game obviously though because it is the most balanced submarine :)
i have to come to jinan's defense here, especially after the range and ballistics buff, she is an amazing fire starter, and you simply CAN NOT match the torpedo power, she has hydro, a heal, and the incredible pan asian smokes. yes if you get caught out you will die, but with that austin hull if you angle correctly you can auto bounce battleship shells at close range.

I dont play JInan recently cos I think tis kinda OP, best cruiser reload in the game, possibly best cruiser torps in game, good conceal, good smokes, good AA.... I mean its a pritty good ship
It also lacks hydro, and doesn't offer much utility when it comes to winning the game. It's great for farming (when you get spotting....) but no utility otherwise. It's okay, or above-average at best. Lack of teamplay utility hurts it.
Yodo could be so much better if it wasn't for the firing ark, if it had a regular arc it would be much stronger, though it remains a massive target with paper armour. Jinan is too focused on the Torps and reload booster, ye, funny me me launching 40 torps, but the damage isn't great, its saving grace is that it has smoke, I would still prefer the Brisbane or Minotaur when it comes to machine gun cruisers. I also have to defend my boy Republique, as the resident French enjoyer, be it Warships or tanks, the Republique is fairly strong, and with a bit of secondary focus and the legendary mod it can brawl, I wouldn't 1v1 a Schlieffen or GK but the guns are reliable enough. But ye, the Colombo is terrible, but it can hit like a truck sub 15k with AP, and above that SAP can do magic things to anything. And the Preussen, I don't know, haven't really understood the reason why it exists in the first place. Back then they said the GK wasn't viable any more and such but replaced it with a ship that is even less viable in any meta.

Didn't expect Z-52 not to be on the list. Have to agree with you choices though. Delny doesn't do much and Regolo is just good for DD/Very lightly armored ship farming.
Lol. About Z-52 1. Let me quote some from Flamu. Destroyer players are so bad to deal with Sonar. It actually bad DD players who makes this DD are quite a bit okay. 2. AP on German DD are devastating. 3K damage per shells. While the HE it can pen more, it doesn't do much damage. It is the valley people has to understand. What i mean is, the AP DPM of thos DDs are absolutely bonkers, but getting them to work is very situational. Also, not many people knows if they're very effective against FAT DDs. Fat is a DD which has a wide beam. Mostly like Russian DD Delny lines, Khabarovsk, Huron (notably during D-Day event), Kitakaze to Harugumo. 3. Torp reload is awesome, the speed is good, and damage can be considered high compared to Pan Europeans. To me, Z-52 is not the worst. She's not convenient to use but definitely not the worst.
@@edhikurniawan I do play her but as a gun boat she loses to every other one, even Daring and as Torp boat the torps are to short. I used to play her a lot as Torp boat and enjoyed it. Then heard meta is gun boat. Tired it out and AP against the broadside of very ship but DDs is very effective but the HE does nothing against DDs or ships in general. Didn't enjoy it that much because when can you actually spam AP in this one? Rarely.

Playing the preussen with a main gun focus build basically removes it form this list

I've played the French BB line and found the Alsace fairly enjoyable. The entire grind up the Preussen line is hot garbage tho.

jinan doesnt have hydro and that auto angle thing is you living on a prayer that rng messes with their dispersion
