- A very ASMR wooden bowl, one you have seen before! This time in a more intimate setting with closer sounds. It is the same bowl I used in the Seasonal Pot Pourri video too. Along with the bowl itself and it's natural sounds I will be making tapping, scratching and rubbing sounds. Nature's music, simple and effective for relaxation and sleep I hope you enjoy it. If anyone's interested, the fundamental tone of the bowl is a D, and the main harmonic you're hearing is (roughly) a Bb, so we're getting a nice major chord! (minus the 5th) Thanks Emma for another fantastic video x
+Tangles581 I am REALLY interested in that thank you very much! I found the harmonics so soothing. Also, D in Sound Healing is the note of Love and the note played to the Sacral Chakra.
+WhispersRed ASMR you're welcome! There's something really great about wooden sounds with clear tones attached, they sound extra open and hollow. I didn't know about D being the note of the sacral chakra either, that's really interesting!

I currently have a double ear infection so doctor says no headphones for a while. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to enjoy your videos or they wouldnt have any affect. But luckily this video worked. Very relaxing! The scratching and rubbing the bowl was my favorite part it gave me tingles but I loved the tapping as well. Definitely added to my bedtime playlist. Thanks Emma!
