I don't know the strict numbers per say, but I'd say Sunday is your choice. He gives both crit damage and crit rate, can cleanse, and has built in mechanics to recover sp even at E0S0. Bronya does not provide crit rate, and she is quite sp demanding, but if you manage to get her E2S1 you can sort of patch it up. Sparkle would be the most comfy choice, as she can generate sp like crazy, but since her action advance is not a 100% and she lacks a cleanse, I feel like she is the least preferable choice unless you are using a team that DEVOURS sps. In sum: Sunday > Bronya (if she is E2S1) > Sparkle

Just play the entire story and then there the book that opens up. If you skim through all 5 released chapters for the flame chaser characters you get 2 RMC eidolons. Plus 2 from main story mission and 2 from the ambrosia fountain from doing side content.

It is insane for sure but, they're using a planar set that gives 8% crit rate before battle starts and they're also overcapping on crit rate. Acheron with correct sets, can gain 16% crit rate in battle, when combined with RMC, that's 26%. So you want her to have a 74/194 ratio for the same result as this video.
