Weird. I've been needing a new start. I had a bad mental health day yesterday, came to the realization that I needed to focus on my self care more and here you are with this challenge the next day.

I have a medical condition. In the end of last year I developed a autoimmune nerve disease that took away almost all my strength and body movement. I spent a week in the intensive care unit for treatment, and I'm still taking medications and doing physiotherapy. It's a few months later, and now my body is recovering, and I am proud to say I might be able to do this challenge. Yesterday I've tried, and I was able to get to 6 minutes. After that I collapsed. But I know that in normal conditions I would have been able to do it. So today I increased the timer video speed to 1.5x, and I got through. Maybe in a few days I'll be able to do it in 1.25x, then in normal speed. But I already feel like it's a tremendous accomplishment for me, because a few weeks back I wasn't able to move my arms at all. In December, I couldn't even stand on my feet. So I'm here to tell you that if I can do it and make it work for me, you can do it as well
I am doing this liberation kriya from last 10 days..hopefully I will complete it🤞....the best thing I have noticed is that it really helps you to break negative habits and thought patterns...... And it really builds up strength; physical and mental....it's all in the mindset🌟♥️ It's been 20 days...so proud of myself for completing half of it. Yesterday I was doing it I just broke down to tears. I guess for everyone the process of liberation will be different. Someday it's really easy to do it and sometimes its really hard. It all depends on your mental state. 🌟 Done!....40 days completed!....I am so proud of myself. As the days pass by...you realize it's all mental struggle....you have to decide whether you want to do it...or not. And finally after doing it...I realized that how strong I am...and I can do anything...💜...... Thank you so much Aileen...for starting this challenge and hopefully waiting for such videos and challenges in future 🌟♥️
I am trying this challenge and today was my first day. I will say it was so hard to keep my arms up, it BURNED. I accepted the fact that it is only Day 1, so I allowed myself to set my arms down very quickly a couple times. I am excited to see it get easier as I go along with the challenge. Thank you!!

I tried this meditation for the first time today. It was really intense and I cried while sorrounded by the amount of old and forgotten feelings it brought back. I couldn't finish the 9 minutes but the experience was worthy and special. Soon I'll try again. Lavendaire, thank you for sharing.
Didn't really record my first 20 days but here's my summary from what I remember: 🔸 Day 1 = Difficult but managed to keep arms up for the 9 mins (Sheer Willpower!) 🔸 Day 2 = Arms went in once, lol found it harder than the first day. 🔸 Days 3 - 8 = Mixed thinking but love how determined I am to get it done no matter what! 🔸 Days 9 - 10 = Kriya without my partner, lool strangely more tempted to put my arms down & make it easy for myself (noted down as it reflects real life). 🌻 Days 11 - 17 = Switched to left arm (#equalMuscleLove). First 3 mins fly by, I love affirmations, 2nd 3 mins I imagine myself as a strong tree, Last 3 mins I count to myself (lowkey distraction from the pain). 🌻 Days 13 = Considered not doing it LOL, but didn't cave. 🌻 Days 18 - 20 = Trying full silence in my mind, so interesting (try it). Last 2 days I've had quite a trippy meditation, I lie down after I finish. Such a peaceful experience! 🌵 Days 21 - 30 = Goes by slightly faster, cool that my arms stay up indefinitely! I know I'm going to do it! ❤️ Days 31 - 34 = Slightly harder as I'm keeping my arms up as high/stable as I can. But it's cool even when it feels easy, there's more you can do. ❤️ Day 35 - 40 = There's nothing you can't do beyond thought! I've loved this challenge & have learnt so much. I started the meditation on 10th May and finished it 18th June . It was tough but I did it anyway. Before this I had restarted like 3-4 times and finally I have finished the Liberation kriya meditation challenge. Grateful to Aileen for introducing such a good thing . It has somehow changed my mindset about focus , commitment and desire to achieve something. I'm also grateful to myself for finishing it. Love & respect. ❤💙

I'm in! I've never done a meditation challenge, and only very recently learned that I flourish in a challenge-mode. Before I never thought it could motivate me, only make me feel bad for not succeeding immediately. I feel differently now.

One of my goals for this month was to meditate consistently and this challenge popped up. This is my 4th day and I’m still struggling to get through the last pose. It’s not the time that gets me, it’s the pose itself and my arms feel like jelly by the time 6 mins. comes around. I am starting to see a difference in my everyday life and hopefully by the end of the 40 days my life will be 360.

Thanks for sharing this with us Aileen! I just did my first one and it was SO hard! I had to put my arms down every 30 seconds so not sure if that counts as a full session! When I first started I didn't really see the point but by the end my determination and perseverance had been challenged so it felt uplifting to push through the barrier :)

When I first started I didn't really see the point but by the end my determination and perseverance had been challenged so it felt uplifting to push through the barrier :)
