Impressive product . Lot of functions. JER recommends to only use original battery for the device. I couldn’t find any recommended operation temperature ranges for the device in the manual. Do you use high quality Li-Ion cells in the battery ? How much will a new battery cost when ordering directly from JER ? Does the bottom spanner nut keeps tension without thread locker or do you have to retighten regularly to eliminate steering play ? The top cap could be a nicer one , machined of aluminium instead of 3D print . Sorry, but the cover cap looks pretty cheap even if it save some grams weight .I am in between Trackhead and Hoot tracker where 5 years subscription are included. But JER has better battery , better module and endless functions.
We have powerful application for free it is unique on the market. you use your own sim-card. Consumption is not more than 500MB per year. Bottom fitting system works great. It is not needed to re-tighten. Your steering is tightened with 2 sided screws on steering stem. We have a new CAP that is not look differently like original star nut. We use high quality battery aspecialy: LGC INR18650F1L 3.35Ah, INR18650-35E - 3500 mAh, or BAK N18650CP 3350mAh.
