This song starts with a kick-off! The first double-stop is on the fourth beat of this kick-off bar!
Hello, you're right, I should have started the score at the 4th beat of the 1rst bar. I've added the offset in the tab whose download link is in the video description. Thank you for this clarification.

Is it me, or is this tune crooked ????? Sounds like its got an extra beat in there.....
Hello, you're talking about strumming part ? Before sing the first verse (only), Billy adds extra beats and during the song, the strumming timing is not intuitive (for me), i need to sing to catch it 🙂. It is why i added link in the video description where billy is playing alone, to show the Billy's timing i used. If you talk about the lick, i am pretty sure it is the good notes, but i should probably play it with a metronom and more groove to be more in keeping with the original. My fault is that I make my videos just after I've learned a piece. I'd have to practice a bit more beforehand, but it takes so much time... The best way is to play along with a slowed-down video of Billy to see for yourself. 🙂
Yes, the strum has an extra beat. I think I finally got it.....I should note I'm a banjo player, and it's easy to strum through it, but trying to figure out how to roll pick it............ I just added a rest.....It's 1234, 1234, 1234, 1, 1234.....whew.. !!!!!! @@B-RoM
