Hello, on PC the capacitor is bugged, for each skill tier I add it decreases damage by 7,5 percent instead of increasing, does you or anybody else have the same bug ?

With my testing, I like unstoppable force over vigilance. You're able to keep the 25% damage bonus up a lot more often than with vigilance

I think its best to do it during the GB that's how I got mine in the summit farming the 10th floor
