Thanks everyone for stopping in and all the great conversation and comments! Also, thanks to all who liked and donated, too! Very kind of you. First time ever streaming, so I was a bit nervous, especially backing up live, which is a real rush. But this was really fun to do, and I think I'll do another in a couple of weeks for the last few deliveries of the Greek event. Thanks again, and Happy New Year! :)
A rotary is a large circular road that you can enter at 40 miles per hour. Mostly common in France and Spain and other European countries where two major highways meet. It can be that where there is a freeway exit leading onto a one way circular road commonly found in Norway and Sweden. A roundabout is entry at 25 miles per hour or less and are usually within cities. But there are really no differences at all
The portals drop you off at the closest one to your destination. So that means you can enter the winter wonderland near Houston Texas but you would be able to exit the winter wonderland near Tacoma. The route preview was only showing the route from the portal to the destination not the full route
Great job Zilla with your first stream. Sorry I couldn't make it, but enjoyed watching it back. Impressed with the live reverse parking, not sure I'd manage that as calmly as you pulled it off.
Well better late than never, missed the stream. I have a three week old singleton pup from an old mom that isn't sure what to do so I'm playing mom most of the time. That means I'm up and down through the night, like having a baby. Was a great stream, I'll try to make it to the next one... Happy New Year. I've driven stick most of my life but after I broke my left hip I had to go to automatic. Tell your daughter to check out City Car Driving.
Oh, sounds like you've got your hands full with the pup! I hope he/she makes it through okay. Very nice of you to do that, it must be a lot of work. :) Next stream will likely be January 11. :) Oh, I'll tell her about that game, see if she wants to try it, thanks!
If it makes you feel any better about driving realistically, I definitely don’t attempt to be even close to realistic. I turn off all fines and I drive as fast as I can given the load and driving conditions. Sort of like a truck sim/racing game lol. 😂 I do have a wheel/pedals and I leave the need to sleep turned on. No fines means extra fun for me. Occasionally there’s a big accident especially around train tracks. Recommended to try it with an adult beverage too. Although please don’t always do it because we would miss the gaaaaaaa moments when you get fines and I particularly enjoy those.
For the red lights I think as the other user said, most if not all of them have red light cameras on the gantries, so getting fined for that but not getting fined for rules broken elsewhere if no cop sees you where there also aren't cameras makes sense. Realistically you'd get the ticket sometime later after it was processed, but from a gameplay perspective it's probably better to get the penalty as you do the offense.
Here in MN anyway I think the only place they ticket without a real officer present is on the highway car pool lanes. I know they have cameras up there.
Watching a streamer with 18K followers raid someone playing the same game he had been--and she had ZERO viewers! She actually did see the raid and talked to us, but it was the first time she EVER had any viewers... The next day he said that statistically, the average Twitch stream has ZERO viewers (though probably 'mean' is correct) so that's why he'll often raid into such streams. Which is all to say, you are 'lucky' you had loyal viewers who did tune in for you. Wonder how many you had who were new to you and not coming from the YT channels? Although the 'luck' was starting the YT channel with zero viewers and building that up. Think you had it easier on YT due to the niche of wargaming; wonder if you tried to Stream Afrika Korps back then instead of the YT vid if you'd have had people show up? ;-) ~~~ Actually broke out Afrika Korps and am re-learning it so that maybe one day I could try it on Vassal.
If you asked me beforehand, I'd have guessed 3-4 people would watch, so I was thrilled that so many people stopped in. It was great fun for me and I hope people enjoyed it as well. :) I know a lot of times when I've checked Twitch, I'll see people streaming with no one there, always feel badly for them. I really don't know much about how to find other people streaming ATS on YT, but doing a raid after a stream would be fun to do. :)
Man i wish i could use the trucks i have bought its such bs that i have to have a mod guard that has way to many permissions for me to my computer. Haven't played in months now

I made the test stream but couldn’t make the live stream. Was still fun to watch it back. Decent turn out too. Well enjoyed🎉
Ha! Thanks for stopping in to the test stream and glad you enjoyed watching the main one post-live. :)

Thanks! I think my pulse was about 130 backing up like that. That's a whole different level of nervous.

Love your content Zilla, I always look forward to your videos. Thank you for all the hard work you put in!
Thanks for stopping in and for the kind words. The stream today was a lot of fun to do. :)

That sounds like a very different and yet fun way to play! I'm pretty sure I would flip my truck all the time if I did that. :)
Yes change to a 13 speed in the garage in the gearbox option.
Thanks Ken! I'll check that out shortly. Although to be fair I feel like I'm just getting used to the 18-speed. :)

Yes, I feel like you definitely get the red light violations regardless of police car presence. Most definitely some cameras up there. :)
SCS did fix the red-light problems. Turn right on red is no longer a problem.
I apparently is still for me. :) I think it’s tricky with the snow on the road though as I couldn’t see the stop line. I was probably far away?
@@ZillaBlitzPC yes, the Frosty mod hides the stop line; they are very strict about that.
Yes, that's the part that I think gets me when I get fined now. I'm too far away from the line.
oh wow didnt know you streamed brother! gotta turn on all notifications now
It was great fun and I'm hoping to do so again soon. :)
ha! didnt even noticed i stopped in! cant wait to see you stream now. still upset you got me all excited about getting the wheel setup! lol
Missed the live stream, bugger.happy new year.

Many intersections have traffic cameras.

I will email you the links for the eye tracker set up videos. they keep vanishing once i add them.
Thanks! Yeah, UA-cam often automatically deletes links of all kinds. :)

Bummer! I'm not sure I understand but I hope you can sort it out to play at some point. :)
Sorry I couldn't make it to the stream. Hope to catch the next one (yes, there should be a next one.)
No worries at all! I know you've got a lot of challenges going on at the moment. :) I think the next one will be ETS2 on Jan 11. :)
