They hear the engine and think "Let's see how fast we can do" or to just show off to their buzzed passengers. Since it isn't their car, they think there is no problem. It's a don't care. Then the check engine came on. They take it to their boy's house to look at it but they stare at an open hood with plastic engine covers, which is pointless. They tell their girl (the actual renter) to just ignore your text messages until they fix it. The dog hair is a pit bull based on the amount of small hairs. Great thing you didn't go by yourself. If they are ignorant to do all those things, they may have sized you up in person. 1000% agree. Its not worth it. But...wait until they see that credit card bill!! Her credit is now hit bad all because of some fools.
This is why I don't want to list any of my cars on Turo. I take care of all my cars and people have no respect for others property. Any time I rent on Turo I treat it like if it was my own car.
I felt all of that WTF @ 03:23 💀 beware of ALL staggered reservations. When you decline it it’s always some issue with getting your car back. Get that money Tony! 🤝🏽
@@TonyLuxuryCars yes you just call Turo and tell them you’d like to cancel the reservation. After that tell them you would like it not to affect your metrics because your uncomfortable with the person renting the vehicle. Then just confirm with them that it won’t affect your metrics.
Unfortunate you've been dealing with these inconsiderate folks. Hope they didn't take any parts and that u don't have to shell too much $ for the engine issues/overheating
How did you get the key back and the car? I know you called the cops but then what’s the next step? Do the cops knock on the door and get that keys from the guest?
I would never rent from u on Turo.. U too nosey and I think u may be going overboard with the way and manner u invade ur customer’s privacy.. u should not be in the Turo Business Bro! Real Talk. Maybe try Moving Truck Rentals or something like that.😮😊
Since the customer returned the car late. And you had another booking, Does Turo reimburse you for loss of the next trip? The customer you had to cancel?
You already knows what comes when you rent out your vehicle you know people are going to do shit so just have your insurance deductible ready and be done with it
n Nah man this is ignorance above and beyond the call of duty right here. This is the reason car rental companies give people such a hassle renting cars. There is no excuse for this foolishness
Idiots like you is who turo caters to smh deductible does not cover engine issues, the host has to fight like hell to get some kinda compensation. Turo makes it too easy for renters to the point they’re putting their hosts at risk for the sake of making a quick buck.
Tony 3,600 miles in a couple days is insane, unlimited miles is wild. I cap 200 miles per day.
He said it was a 18 day trip.
200/day x 18 =3600
Iv been luckey with my first 6 renters. Been sticking to airport customers
Nice! Yes most out of town renters are better than locals!
Funny I said this, then the next day I had to make a claim lmao
Tony has a good attitude 👍 I wouldn't be able to sleep from the stress
Thank you!
Turo needs better vetting processes
Yes I agree!
Don't forget the unauthorized driver fee too slim.
Right! Thank you!
Looks like he collected a good $600-$700 in fees. That's what they get for being terrible customers
Oh man! 224k miles! That engine is toast! Bummer dude!
Thanks but luckily it's not!
Sorry bro you have to go through this man. I know how you feel.
Thank you!
Glad u were able to tax the shit out of them for being late, fuel, smoking, and cleaning.
Right me too! Thank you!

Not with the guy in the white shirt getting closer to you while making this video lol
Right! Lol

Good vid 🎉
Thanks!
Who pays for the engine damage and diagnostic 😮
The renter does!
She had someone else driving the vehicle
Yes she did!
All this pet haurrrr lol
Funny! Lol

What you do when a person is driving the car that's not covered as a driver on the car?
Nothing really besides report it to Turo!
I’m glad you’re getting out of sports cars. We don’t rent to people with no feedback or rentals. It’s not worth the risk to us.
Right me too! But yes your right it's not worth the risk! How do you do that? Just cancel the reservation?

We all know the type of individuals who rented this car🙋🏿

You get anything for pet violation!?? They never give me anything even when I give them hella proof smh

Chump change but deft under $50, he has to fight to get reimbursed properly but still wodulnt get reimbursed properly
Renter was a black male?
Yes!
You should charge for the trip you missed too if you can
I wish I could but I can't!
