oh my gosh I love the base map! this is really what I want to do, make a Florida-esque map. or anywhere in southern united states. always loved those quaint harbor towns dotted along the gulf coast and the accompanying neighborhoods
If the paper factory doesn't have a job number, it s because there is no company occupiers the building. If there won't be a company, you need a mod named "signature fix".
Else, some signature buildings just won't work correctly

Excellent build, I like the little town you made. Maybe it's my OCD, but is it possible not to have railway crossings and have a the roads go over or under the railway?
It is possible but I think bridges would be overkill for a small town like this that's why I opted to just cross the lines.

You need to install Signature Fix for that paper factory. Some assets are bugged. Also, you should add Infinite Demand to keep your demand full up

Hello. Right click on train stops to delete them. If your track is not long enough, the train will bunch up and do strange stuff leaving. Make the track longer. Take care..Old Bore

Suggestion. You could downgrade the train track for the stop to a one laner starting from the street crossing. You don't need two lanes for this stop. It provides more space to detail the stop and maybe divide the homes with walls. The citicens will like this :)

Make a parking spot near the 'pier' (at the end of Maple Street?) and connect a pedestrian bridge to the closest island and make some sort of (leisure) park on that island.
Perhaps combine it with a small (pax) ferry harbour ?
I definitely plan on a unique build on one of those islands but will connect them up from elsewhere though. Thanks for the suggestion 💪

If you want to delete a passenger stop for the train you have to install the mod "Better Bulldozer"
