You didn’t start late. I’m 78 and recently started horse bow. And I have been intrigued with shooting fast because it’s fun to do. Thank you for your videos and instructions. I’ve been shooting traditional bows for 55 years.

In my archerybook it says, that on a target 60 yd when an archer can shoot 3 arrows before the first hit the target, he would be fast enough to be in the turkish army (in the midle ages) I “dry” train every day and have been doing for six month, and I can manage two, but to get the last arrow is really hard and it makes me think that it is good that my life don’t depend on it, by the way, some (if not all) of these things are being put in my training, so thank you very much for doing this , it is much helpfull for me. I have added one thing though: shifting hands, so I shoot with my off hand and on both the left and the right side off the bow

I just started 3 months ago 34 years old and a damn decent archer. Age did make me nervous but when I picked up bow I felt instantly connected knew this what I wanted to do I don’t care if age limited me. Fun fact: Native Americans especially Comanche where superb archers, who ran, horse archers, shot 3 arrows within 1.5 seconds all shot on the left side of the bow.

Hi Charlie. Good to see you again. I'll definitely watch that course one evening in the near future.
I was trying to find those knocks you used to sell and had no success. Is there any chance to buy those knocks or a file to print them?

    Hi Charlie!
Thank you very much for posting this course!
I wanted to know, is it possible to buy or download your 3D printer files for your speed knocks? I saw them on an Armin Hirmer video and I can't find any way to find them or your site. The links on your video don't work either.
I want to try printing them in some material that I use for 150g combat robots (polypropylene and nylon).
    Please let me know.
Again thank you for posting this, it's excellent! It really made my weekend to find this video and that you are still posting.
    Have a great weekend!

Hello ! Very nice, but if the arrow is tipped with blades, as they are used to not cut themselves ? Thank you.

@@CharliesRunningArchery Have you ever considered the Simsek Ottoman Short Sipahi + Plus? It's 106cm nock to nock with a bow string of 96cm and 18cm brace height. 28" draw length and 30-45 pounds standard. ~300g
It's a resin composite bow (they don't say exactly but I think it's e-glass fiber cloth encapsulated in the resin)
