Renowned TV show builders West Coast Customs returns for Season 2 of Inside West Coast Customs
Corona, CA -- (September 6, 2011) -- West Coast Customs (WCC) returns for season 2 of their show on Discovery's HD Theater, Inside West Coast Customs September 11, 2011 at 9:00 PM EST. Inside West Coast Customs is the next exciting show featuring WCC's outrageous builds. WCC opens the 2nd season with a wide body Mustang for the Darrell Gwynn Foundation.
"Darrell has helped so many people improve their quality of life with his foundation and I'm excited we were able to build a car to raise funds for the Darrell Gwynn Foundation" said Ryan Friedlinghaus, founder and CEO of West Coast Customs.
Taking inspiration from Darrell's winning 1990 Coors Extra Gold Dragster, Ryan and his West Coast Customs team takes a 2011 Mustang GT and builds the ultimate tribute car for Darrell. Features include a custom hand-fabricated wide-body, custom roll bar, Asanti three piece wheels, one-off Doug Thorley headers and exhaust system, Ford Racing super charger, Baer brakes, Street Scenes body kit, mixed gold and white pearl paint, Pedder's adjustable coil-over suspension, a signature two-tone leather and suede interior and a West Coast Customs sound system upgrade.

The CL is considered to be the S class coupe, but the S class is actually still a significantly longer and larger car.
So there will be a serious size difference between this car and a CL. Especially since the CL is a grand tourer, so it is all about space and comfort for the driver. The S class is designed with the back passenger in mind, because often the guy in the back is the one who bought it, so much more leg room and amenities back there.

the 550 is a bigger build and thats what they wanted instead of the smaller CL.
It's really weird that they're always so cut on time. Even if they're just putting it on for show, I wouldn't use them if they're unable to follow through on time.
I love the show, and they are great at what they do, but it's not surprising at all that they ran into problems while chopping up a $100K plus Benz. One thing that sets a benz apart is that everything on them, down to the smallest bracket, is there for a reason.

Significantly? Nah... CL coupe is 509,5cm long and a S class is 511,6 cm long... that's barely 2 cm difference or not even an inch difference in length. The major difference is in the wheelbase... S class longer wheelbase is exactly the same amount as the extra space it has inside compared to a CL Coupe.

Uhm. Yeah obviously. But a CL looks nothing like a S-class. Not to mention, I don't know about you... But I personally think it'd be badass as fuck to drive around or get driven around in a Mercedes 2 door coupe. BUT its executive, VIP style long wheel base, and just sitting in a S550 with 2 doors would be a trip itself. Just buying a CL wouldn't be very original.
2door Sclass is fine, but why the 2tone color stop behind the front wheels? makes it look awkward, and the rims just destroyed the car elegance kharisma...

Obviously you don't have much to do with Custom cars a normal car is a pain in the ass to start with because designers are ass holes with where they put shit, They add to that they are joining doors, chopping the roof that's high end moding then you have a group of people trying to work around each other to do it and people that don't do what they are meant to that's big problems like some parts can take 14+ days to get if someone doesn't order it early enough your screwed
