Followed the instructions exactly (very easy) but I keep get a scripting error. Any idea what I can do to remedy this? Using InDesign & Photoshop 2023.
Hi Angelo, I notice that I am not the only one struggling with this script. I pasted the script with InDesign closed, but when after opening Indesign and opening the script panel, the script is greyed out with an exlamation mark! When I hover over this script InDesign gives the following error: "This file is not executable by any supported script language" -- I am running Indesign 18.3 x64 on Windows 11. Any thoughts

Just figured this one out. Follow this: Finder < Security & Privacy < Scroll down to Automation and click the Finder button below Indesign. That worked for me :)!
Sir I created a digital business card with video profile in it in InDesign. But when I exported it as pdf the video doesn't play. I am knew in InDesign and I tried searching but couldn't find anything So please help me
I just learned recently that video/audio will only play in an Interactive PDF only if you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat. Try updating and see if it works for you. I still tell people not to use Interactive PDF for video or audio because not every gets same results. All the best.
Great question and yes it is. The text is a Smart Object so if you double-click the text layer in Ps, it'll open in Ai and you can edit the text. Save the Ai file and it'll update automatically in Ps.

Hi there. This script will only work for Mac. Are you on Windows? If so, I added a link to a Windows version, but it has a small cost to purchase it.
and how to export photoshop layers for InDesign
It did not work for me. It turned all my layers into just one big layer. :/
Hey! Did you distribute the content to separate layers in InDesign before running the script? If you don't do this, everything will be on one layer.
They were not on separate layers and it would have taken a lot of time to do that, unfortunately. @@AngeloMontilla
Update: I just found out from the Adobe community that this is an Apple script, and it needs to be rewritten inVBScript for it to work on Windows.
