Hello, it says on the website “ do not 8” marine grade speakers “ , what kind of speakers are made for motorcycles then? I’d like to get one of these, does it replace my Harley tour pack top or is it for an Advanblack tour pack only. Thank you

I just bought one those from you guy and the wholes for the rack don't line up that where marked for it so now my tour pack has holes in it and I have a rack that is no good awesome job you guys. But I would say for the money the tour pack was worth it. If I bought this product again I just wouldn't buy the rack or install it

I have a 2009 street glide without a tour pack. Can I order this speaker lid with the bottom plus the hardware? Or do I have to order the regular tour pack first?
I wish the speakers would face forward or inward instead of facing outward.
From a design stand point if you were to do that the outer edges of your tour pack would be very tall and that would not look good at all. That is why you see all versions of this with the speakers facing out and up. One design I have seen facing straight up and in order to keep the outer edges down and in size, the speakers where literally pointing straight up in the air. If you run a decent set of speakers and a decent amp it doesnt matter which way they are facing you are going to hear 2-8's and 2- bullet tweeters.

no, it is designed for the 14 and newer style tour packs

Is it possible to mount on a capt backrest or does it have to be the small pad only?
this style lid will require you to use the pad that is provided.
What size circle drill bit do you use?
That will depend on what speaker you buy
I guess if u wanna sacrifice looks for music then yea.
But it takes away from the subtle clean sleek look of the motorcycle in my opinion.
