I like Wisp for her 1 and 3. I don't use her 4 often. It is cool, but your right, tick speed increase would be great. I think her abilities need some work, but I've got to say, running over 200% strength and having 70 hp/second and 1500 hp is pretty nice. Also her 3 and 1 synergy where she will teleport to it, doubling the range of her 3 (works when her 2 is active) has an infinite range. You can teleport across Fortuna in 1 press of a button (2 if you count placing a mote). Thnx for a video. Hope you see this!
That's pretty neat actually; if it doesn't take you out of stealth when you use the projectile that means 400% boost to any contagion projectile you send out Cheers for that tip
I just like Wisp for making the Team tanky and CCing even more with 3 and Shock 1 so everyone can shoot without looking at health or any other thing. But very good video and analysis
My favorite thing about her is her buffs myself; plants themselves have infinite duration and you can give everyone a max hp and hp regen buff no matter where they are? I could be wrong here but I think Oberon is the only one who can match giving the entire team an HP regen buff. And even then he can't *also* give the team a fire / attack speed boost. Buffs are super solid especially with their base duration being 30 seconds long, so you don't even need to break too far into Power Duration to make the buffs viable. I just think other parts of the kit need small boosts, though mostly her 4. That energy cost + set-up doesn't do the damage output justice.
Plus I have found her abilitys are run of of efficiency and duration mostly. Went full power, good damage, bumped up the duration and efficiency, the numbers went sky damn high.
@@TriburosOnline I think there's a super "meta build" around her 3 that pops orbs out like crazy, it's like the pox with gas/corrosive but I've yet to test her as to console got her this week and I am a pleb. But maybe look up some stuff on that and see if it changes your mind. Apparently it does the bug kid nuke numbers
DE has addressed this in fact. The problem is simple- there are too many weapons and stances, with too many animations that ALL need to have unique Wisp variations. And all of this work which is incredibly time consuming, is for just ONE warframe. So, yes it may be bothering, but I can 100% understand why they didn't do it.
The shock mote is pretty useful, actually, since it shocks through terrain, without line-of-sight, has a mighty huge radius, and multiple players running it at the same time essentially solve the problem of overlapping shock times. Add onto that that it costs 25 energy, for a 30 base duration effect, from an infinite-duration deployer. It's a pretty high value compared to many other 1-based CC effects. You seem a bit fixated on the idea of 'stunlocking', but that would be completely too much with this, and all other values would have to be adjusted to compensate. Its value is that it interrupts the consistency of nearby enemies, not that it locks every enemy down forever. Looking at Grineer as an example, it would lock down Bombards, Napalms, and Ballista pretty handily, and prevent Heavy Gunners from getting to full spray. Think of how many Scorpion hooks are being prevented without your even noticing. Every enemy is basically shooting about half as much as they could be, if at all, given how many have to aim or move or path. And that's only if you have just one player with the shock mote. As for her passive, it's clear why it doesn't work with silenced weapons - it's a PASSIVE. Prowl costs energy, as it is an ability. That's like complaining that Gara doesn't keep enemies blinded all the time. You might also consider that using Sol Gate against HEAVY GUNNERS is perhaps not the best possible representation of the ability. It does primarily heat and radiation damage - even if it has corrosive procs thanks to motes, it's going to be most effective against Alloy Armour, not Ferrite Armour.
Hell I feel like everyone in the content creation space solely sees CC as "you either lock down the entire map for eternity, or it's not worth using", which is an awful mentality to have
@@TriburosOnline would "spears of disruption" work? Like doing multiple different game modes only using spears, like elimination, capture, etc. or maybe "junction spears" and doing all the junctions with spears, although it is solo... :3

Wisp's 2 can also be held to make it go faster and make teleporting more bearable, I guess? But hey wisp solos friendship doors so she's objectively perfect

@@TriburosOnline I would say that Wisp is just the queen of JOATs. Her abilities aren't absolutely assblasting, but I'd say that they're pretty damn useful. I'm not sure if this is just me (it probably is), but I feel like your analysis on Wisp is that you were hoping for a frame with a specific role rather than just a frame who can do it all with standard efficiency.

I think they said it was because abilities in general can't pop nully bubbles, and that it was done to just make the ability consistent with other abilities not affecting nullies Though I still do agree with you. An ability could have the unique advantage of being able to attack bubbles. But I guess they didn't want her 4 having that kind of exclusive perk
You forgot to mention her 2 makes her invisible for the entire duration it is active regardless of shooting weapons. It also makes her invincible for a short duration after teleporting to the wisp.
I think I did mention that though; she's able to use weaponry while it's active did I not? It's why her passive is kinda redundant when you could just drop a small energy cost for a proper invis Invincibility I didn't know though, because you're invisible during the decoy's flight anyways

4 immediate things from watching this video: 1) "I should just get into Wisp" - hol' up bud - might want to take her out to dinner a few times first. Plus, there's a line-up out back - so good luck. 2) The shock motes are actually relatively effective - as long as you're not trying to compare them to something as powerful as Bastille (a third ability mind you). They're actually such a pain when everyone on your team has them and you're in a mission that requires a constant influx of enemies. Hydron completely slows to a crawl even when people have Wisp's electric mote. Plus they contribute to stuff like Condition Overload - they're ability-sourced easy passive 'AoE' elemental procs. 3) Uh no, 3 does not 'need' to be able to instant kill a group of enemies from a single headshot. Warframe's piss-easy as it is already. We don't need anymore of that blatant power-creep - especially on something that isn't even a trump-card (4) ability. GTFO with that shit. I wouldn't mind that stuff on Revenant since the geysers are genuinely useless to the point I (and most Rev users) completely forget they exist. But Wisp is already a pretty good (not OMG-game-breaking AFK-coma-level) frame. Her buffs alone can be genuinely ridiculous for any half-decent team comp. Her built-in-any-weapon Pax Seeker is plenty powerful. 4) Odd for you to make those comparisons for Wisp when you previously say stuff like "frames don't have to be better than another to be good". Excalibur is a raw DPS frame with mild CC. Wisp is a jack-of-all trades much like Broberon focusing more on alternative/unique DPS buffing in comparison to Oberon's more powerful heals and defensive and anti-defensive strats. Also "look at what Hildryn can do" - versus a bunch of mooks - changes the test variables very drastically when you were showcasing CHGs just a moment earlier. That said, just lore-wise, I do agree the POWER OF THE SUN should be far more powerful - at least just as powerful as Exalted (Void-Magic) weaponry. Upping the tick-rate should suffice - we don't need a built-in Condition Overload lest we want to tell DE we really just after more broken braindead frames with P42W. I already fall asleep with frames like Inaros and Octavia even with 'Turbo Killer' pumping in the background at max volume. We don't need more frames that can play the game by themselves with any rudimentary macro. Also, to suggest DE wanted her 4 to be the 'backbone' of her kit - being a goddamn laser beam that blinds half the screen, requires constant channelling and impairs movement, in a fast-paced looter-shooter is a ridiculous assumption; Her 4 was shown off for the memes and awesomeness of the concept - not because DE wanted it to be her bread-and-butter like Excalibur's 4. It's supposed to be an oh-shit showstopper fanboy Kamehameha - AFTER you set up the rest of her kit and the crowd. Not something you're supposed to be toggling on and off/setting-and-forgetting as a free rapid-fire Riven'd Beam-version Opticor as a whole-mission replacement for your weapons.
Did this video age well? Video: She's okay. Not that great. She wouldn't benefit much from ability strength. Now: She's one of the best frames in the game.

One round of disruption with wisp and I fell in love and deemed her one of my favorite frames hands down but everything said here is facts especially in comparison to excalibur. There's so much potential with each frame just off of thier theme so they should reflect more thought and common sense that's addressed comically, but factually, in this video.
I love Wisp, I love playing her, I love the swooshy cloth, the floaty animation, and cranking up my sprint speed to max level so I can hover-dash everywhere...but I do agree with most of this video in terms of her ability strengths and synergies.
YES. Her buffs are what make her for me. I just think DE was intending for her laser to be the backbone of her kit. But I think that kinda fell flat imo, so I just use her for giving team and myself hp+ /hp regen and attack+fire speed boosts
@@TriburosOnline Yeah, the laser's kind of an afterthought. The kind of thing you drop in when you have too much energy, and feel like dropping some spicy memes on the enemy.
I think that's also a bit of a curse. Since shocks can't be refreshed as an enemy is in the state, I see shock mote as more of a single-use 'bodyguard' cc that trips up enemies that get too close to you. Since let's face it; any enemy that is close enough to be shocked will be obliterated by your team or yourself before you even need a second shock proc anyways. But if an enemy is behind a wall and they get shocked, that shock kinda goes to waste. But now I'm just nitpicking- if I want CC, I have her 3
I like wisp. But I also understand the point you are making. I didn't know about the lack of scaling before because I've only used her as a support frame. Thanks for the different look at wisp I guess.
5:57 of course it is unheard of... who cares that you can't re-apply the stun effectively all the time? By the time you even think about shocking it again you or someone else already killed the enemy.
7:33 I think you forgot to mention that, when you teleport to your clone, you get a few seconds of invulnerability, making it a nice "Get out of jail free" card
I disagree with a few of your points, but I have reasons. First, I think it's unfair to compare Wisp to Excalibur because she isn't a DPS frame. She's a jack-of-all-trades. Excalibur is DPS. Since Wisp can do so much not all of it can be jaw dropping. She can heal, support, CC, damage, and stealth. She can even tank oddly enough since nothing about her says she should but the health mote with adaptation turns her into fucking Oberon. No one thing in her kit stands out but I'd argue that how well it synergies with itself should be what stands out. I honestly see it as on par with Nidus in that regard, just less damage. Higher strength does help her a lot if for no other reason than power strength can be used to replace vitality on her. Then of course the obvious of Improving everything else. Even though her damage is less than DPS frames I feel it's more balanced. Most players don't see enemies much farther than level 100. The few that do mostly see them in arbitrations, which is for "end game" players (it's in quotes for a reason). I don't think we should be able to kill high level heavy units as fast as we can. It takes a lot of challenge away from the game. Keep in mind that I'm mostly talking about long term players here. The ones who basically act as gods of death regardless of what frame they're in. Also keep in mind that most of the game is played under level 60.
I would agree with you, but remember that even frames like Hildryn can best her in damage output. I can tap fire with Balefire - not even charge it - and one-hit kill 140 garbage mobs. Wisp takes a number of ticks, with all 3 motes, with the beam channeled, and with my clips it was against level 100s; 40 levels lower than what Hildryn was cleaning up. And Hildryn isn't built to be a DPS frame. I'm also pretty sure DE was intending for Wisp's 4 to be the backbone / feature of her entire kit. Given that you have to gather your motes for it and how often they put it on display in Devstreams and other promo material. If that was their intent, it completely failed. We don't know for sure tho I can't even consider Wisp to be a particularly great jack of all trades frame. I prefer using her almost exclusively to give team-wide buffs to hp + regen and attack + firespeed buffs. Her CC isn't great; 3 gets blocked by walls and requires wonky plant / decoy set-ups for max range, the latter of which also requires you to be hunkered down in one area, and shock motes use shock procs, which I already explained why are god awful for cc. She has stealth but its base duration is absolutely pitiful. It lasts an astonishing 4 seconds long, presumably because it's less about the stealth it gives and more about the synergy with her 3 By far she's best at buffing. Her CC though is mediocre and her damage the same, even for a hybrid JoaT build. I think Ivara does JoaT far better. She actually has dps that matches being a JoaT; not overbearingly powerful or covering a ton of range, but strong enough given what else she can do. I don't feel that with Wisp. I feel like I should exclusively use Wisp for buffs and just ignore 4. That is *especially* because of the energy cost of her 4 which hampers using other abilities because of the investment that her 4 demands. That's just not good JoaT frame design when you encouraging saving all your energy for a single power, which doesn't even offer as much damage as frames like Ivara, Hildryn and so on.
@@TriburosOnline we'll have to agree to disagree regarding her being a JoaT however I will agree that the power distribution with her absolutely feels off when comparing her to other JoaT. Granted, most of them tick less boxes but as you pointed out some of the things she can do she does so poorly no one would seriously consider her for them given other options. Such as stealth. Yes, I did include it in my list for arguments sake but realistically, you're right, Ivara exists. As does Loki. Yes, she's surprisingly tanky, but that's more of a bonus, not the reason to pick her. Her CC ability could use a buff, specifically her 3, to better improve that distribution. I don't think her 4 was supposed to be the backbone though. I think it was just used during the streams to help make her look flashy. Maybe Reb didn't need to hype it up so much lol. Her other 3 abilities don't exactly look "cool" from a viewing stand point. Especially with the kind of builds they use on stream. The final product I got my hands on, and my build, didn't end up being anything like I expect because of how they presented her. As far as Hildryn, I never understood why her 1 is so strong but that's more of a power creep conversation than anything else. So I'll give you that one with the caveat that I think that's more of a balance issue with Hildryn lol.
Nah man, giving 700 hp and 70 hp/s heals to the entire team while simultaneously making them go faster than a volt high on cocaine AND setting their guns to ultimate "fuck accuracy dakka mode" is total garbage. Kappa
I can understand Corpus nullies blocking warframe abilities related to the void, but Wisp is literally spewing the SUN at them. HOW DOES THAT BUBBLE SURVIVES?
Yeah I think Wisp's 4 should have a mechanic similar how they reworked Ember's 4. The longer you channel, let the tick-rate ramp up. That way its still good at killing trash at the beginning, and then after a few seconds it'll be decent at killing heavies. Because yeah, with that energy drain, it should be doing way more.
@@CatGirlSuzu i know she is strong, but i talked about energy management. I mean there is Equinox. The 4th drains like nothing while nuking a whole room. Valkyr and Ember should roll back to previous stats. Maybe Valkyr invunerable and gives a lot of damage, but she cant nuke rooms, so it would be fair if the drain doesnt speed up. And Ember should keep her range, its only CC the enemy. Nyx should use her ult only by duration, not per hit conversion. Or the dmg should raise fron 0.001% to 10% to give proper kills.
Wisp was really great for me to transition from lower levels to higher level content. She buffs teammates with health, speed and crowd control. She makes stealth look like a joke. And her 3rd ability can actually stomp out enemies if your other weapons do high dps by transferring that same damage to other enemies. She's the utility warframe if you take the time to learn how to use her set.
Wisp can stay cloaked permanently, even with no energy, can get around almost as fast as portal nova or speed volt, has the largest and longest lasting mass blind in the game, and gets a beam that rapidly procs corrosive for anti armor and radiation for crowd control. Also with a basic umbral adaptation build with some power strength and hunter adrenaline she can camp on her super charged health buff/ healing plant thing and just become an invincible corrosive solar turret. Shes arguably the best defense/spy missions frame in the game right now. Also that ass fat.
Me: playing as wisp - Realise Wisp and all of my weapons do radiation damage (i really like radiation damage) - Realise I'm doing a hive mission. - Realise the hives are cancer and I'm essentially a chemo frame. - Chemo frame, chemo gun and chemo sword instantly becomes hilarious to me. - Remember that warframe did that fight cancer thing. - Appreciate this crazy world for a second. - Realise that radiation is technically the most dangerous thing irl and therefore should be the best element in game. - #BuffRadiation!
Wisp is best survival support frame. Keeps her allies up, stuns enemies, and have a Kamehameha wave. Also the shock flower stuns enemies, it keeps them from shooting you while you shoot them.
I totally agree, its almost the same problem they did to Ember after rework, the potential is there but it's like they're scared to use common sense to give these fair power.
I checked, sadly they don't. I had the idea that you could use the plants themselves as kinda like landmines, but unfortunately they don't have an effect on enemies. Only when the mote is circling you
11:35 this is where I knew this guy was trolling... a buffing frame with really really good damage output not needing much power strength... Imo wisp is one of the best frames on the game, if not the best because how much she does, and how well she does it... Her 1 makes her the best buffing frame in the game, since she gives the same (if not better buffs) as Octavia, while not being tied to her hip to get the buffs like you are with Octavia, also makes her a better healer than Oberon, and makes Trinity take a run for her money, almost completely double your dps via fire rate, and gives you a pretty reliable CC that goes through walls ... The best stealth frame since she has the speed of Loki, and the infinite duration of Ivara, while her 2 is able to go through lasers, and not setting off grineer drones, or corpus spy cameras...Her 3 being a mini Banshee's sonar and a pax seeker mix with a free radial blind that actually lasts 1 second longer... And her 4's damage output closely matching Mesa if you use her 3 with all her 1's buffs, since it shreds armor, has a 40 meter range with punch through... This review of Wisp was really bad, and i hope you will do better in the future... And I know I'm late, but better late than never.
Wisp absolutely benefits from a 340% STR build. She doesn't need efficiency if you use Flow, and that cranks her buffs to 11 (double melee rate, 67% RoF, +1k hp, 100hp/s heals) while also making her beam much stronger. The beam sustain runs over duration, and you can push 180% duration and do more damage (+340% STR) for less cost (180% DUR -55% is still a net gain).
Really feeling like you misunderstood shock mote. It can allow you and your squad to shock 25 enemies with just one mote and four squad mates. With 6 shock motes you can effectively lock down 50 enemies if I'm doing that math correctly.
This is the first Gara review all over again... The shock mote is bad because it is on 4 players at once, it would be a bit ridiculous if everyone would become a Vauban. The health mote can give Wisp over 3000 health and health regen as fast as Oberons. Imagine Inaros. The 2 is very meh, i can agree with that. The passive is useless, but not as much as every other passive in the game. The 3rd ability isn't there for the ping pong effect, it synergies well with her 4, since casting it on enemies affected by her 3 have a 100 percent chance to spawn those missile things from enemies hit by it, which will not kill the target you are aiming at, but it will kill everything around it since the damage gets multiplied by a fuck ton.
I've found that the shock comes quite handy when it keeps enemies still. Even if it is for a small duration, if you deal enough damage in that time period, then it would be very effective. But that also depends on how you mod wisp I guess, like a rage and adrenaline build. But it is useful without energy too, so you don't have to use 3 every time you want to stun
11:44 Oh how wrong you are. Her buffs, lightning aside, scale with power strength. Since her heal buff also grants a max HP increase and motes have infinite durations withon their limits... Good shit.
Wisp's shock is actually really good imo. You can use it to find that one enemy hidden behind a wall during extermination, that the game isn't pointing to because he IS LITERALLY 3 METERS AWAY. You can use it to stun close enemies while you rez a teammate. You can use it to boost your 4. Lot's of uses...
Yah don't need a stun to res your allies; you just go operator and crouch since you gain invis and invincibility since you can revive people whilst in that crouched state. Extermination missions I've never really had that issue, and her 4 being boosted by it isn't what I was getting at; her other 2 motes do that too as part of her design. Shock procs being as bad as they are *in a general sense* is the problem I was getting at, not just the mote. It's why Vauban's 1 is so lackluster too
@@TriburosOnline however while the single target cc is not great, as you pointed out, if used in conjunction with a full team is can and does shock and cc up to 20 enemies (5 shock targets per mote). While that's not as crazy a cc as a Vauban Bastille, it gets the sustained fire off your team for a while, letting the health mote clean up any damage your team has gained. TLDR; Shock mote and health mote on your team is basically like having a telsa goatberon in your back pocket.
I talked about that near the end. But it doesn't do much. Orb damage is based on damage used to spawn it; you can get more damage from your orbs with your weapon than your laser because armor will drastically be walling out the laser until the corrosive stacks get goin' It doesn't result in anything amazing. It's just a small bonus
@@TriburosOnline Must have missed that part then, and I know someone told me about trying to combine her 3 and 4. When I tested it out it very quickly annihilated the Corpus troops in Orb Vallis, but I have not really used it against enemies higher than level 60 like you have. Still fun to use though!
Actually her 2 got more uses like for example if you're in sticky situation you could cast your 2 and recast it to gain immunity from all incoming damage for a small duration,Or you could use it to distract the enemy to revive your teammate.
"you knox these frame that everybody seems to really love but you don't have, as much enthusiasm for" me with Loki and the reason why my Ivra loadout is named "True master race" ( plz don't kill me)
You make some valid arguments, but they're mostly just nitpicking. the shockmotes are for reducing incoming enemy damage. her three is a good CC which shortly stuns enemies and also helps with spreading the best kind of status. which is DEAD. And the four is just an okay damage ability which is fair to be limited because she already has a great support utility. also that wisp build of yours is WEAK.

You make some valid points about the sun lazer but the other points I would have to argue. The shock buff is good when you have a team because like you mentioned than makes 2-4 sources that have different timing. The orbs that come off of enemies shouldn't spawn orbs innately. Its seems like a mod upgrade for wisp. But yes sun lazer needs a buff, like haste increasing tick speed or making it MUCH less energy draining.
Team mates are not likely to always be in your area or fighting your specific targets. And if they were, then shock motes wouldn't be needed because... Theres 4 Tenno shooting everything or otherwise obliterating all forms of life in such a small area. Orbs should spawn orbs innately because it would make up for the lackluster coverage of her 4. If they're going to keep 4 without any sort of scaling or tick increase, this would be a fair compromise. If yah think it shouldn't, it would help to provide a reason. Because a frame like Revenant shouldn't have something like this, as his orbs keep passively spawning. Wisp has to actually make them individually though
@@TriburosOnline The is probably a lot of truth to that. And I haven't played high levels with her so you are probably right but the shock definitely feels like its helping when in game. I play with people that talk about the shock buff being overpowered. I don't think its as bad as you think but I sure its not the an amazing ability. I definitely think the orbs spawning orb would be amazing but I definitely think that if the orbs can spawn orbs it should be a change on kill (for the orbs at least) and that any player or companion should be able to trigger the orb spawns. Idk to be honest though. Yes some of the changes would be amazing but also, it doesn't necessarily need to outshine others to be amazing for me. Sometimes its just having diffent ability together make it amazing. Overall your probably right.

Killing grineer scum and bathing in their blood is fun.
But watching your squadmates bathing in blood with your help, puts a warm feeling in my heart

DE has addressed this in fact. The problem is simple- there are too many weapons and stances, with too many animations that ALL need to have unique Wisp variations.
I agree with everything, adding fulmin can be shot from stealth without breaking it. It's crazy fun

4 immediate things from watching this video:
1) "I should just get into Wisp" - hol' up bud - might want to take her out to dinner a few times first.

One round of disruption with wisp and I fell in love and deemed her one of my favorite frames hands down but everything said here is facts especially in comparison to excalibur. There's so much potential with each frame just off of thier theme so they should reflect more thought and common sense that's addressed comically, but factually, in this video.
Yea her abilities arent visually appealing to me, and her dmg is butt, but i do like her survivalbility.

YES. Her buffs are what make her for me. I just think DE was intending for her laser to be the backbone of her kit. But I think that kinda fell flat imo, so I just use her for giving team and myself hp+ /hp regen and attack+fire speed boosts

Only one thing to add to maybe redeem the Shock Mote in your eyes : it doesn’t need line of sight.
But now I'm just nitpicking- if I want CC, I have her 3
@@TriburosOnline Got it.

We don't know for sure tho
I can't even consider Wisp to be a particularly great jack of all trades frame.
It lasts an astonishing 4 seconds long, presumably because it's less about the stealth it gives and more about the synergy with her 3
By far she's best at buffing.
Man, when you put it like that, it makes me never want to play Wisp again. Thanks dude.
i do believe the buffs are a little bit stronger than you let on, since they do affect the entire party...

Nyx technopsyche skin who had her assets nerfed: "Am I a joke to you DE.

And her 3rd ability can actually stomp out enemies if your other weapons do high dps by transferring that same damage to other enemies. She's the utility warframe if you take the time to learn how to use her set.
I personally find that things die before the shock proc ends.
Dear god, i always forget that wisp has only been around for four years. Wow. It feels like she's been here the entire time i've been playing
Always wondered why you can't constantly refresh the electric proc stun when you can do so for impact.
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Wisp's Shock Reservoirs do proc shock on enemies, not just the motes orbiting the player.
Mask Wielder yes but can she outrun(or is it outfloat??) my boy gauss the fastest space zombie robot ninja golem alive?
@@kierancc9095 No, but even then I think in a normal mission she could keep with Volt...
@John Christodoulou Try this.

Really feeling like you misunderstood shock mote. It can allow you and your squad to shock 25 enemies with just one mote and four squad mates. With 6 shock motes you can effectively lock down 50 enemies if I'm doing that math correctly.
The use of Shantae's soundtrack, remix or otherwise, makes me happy.

9:22 I've been play revenant for so long and didn't know the geysers made these orbs....
Борис Марденский interesting, ive been playing Wisp since she was released but i didnt know her 3 and 4 synergized together, cheers for the heads up
I've found that the shock comes quite handy when it keeps enemies still.
Good shit.
i believe it does scale with power strength... ive hit 58 damage procs, not much, but better than the 3 or 5 damage that every other wisp ive run into
The Reprehensible arbi with 300% increase and a heal build with 309% Power Strenght+adaptation=near immortal
"My vision died when Limbo came out"
Yep
Wisp's shock is actually really good imo. You can use it to find that one enemy hidden behind a wall during extermination, that the game isn't pointing to because he IS LITERALLY 3 METERS AWAY. You can use it to stun close enemies while you rez a teammate. You can use it to boost your 4. Lot's of uses...
Also he didn't really take into account the full team having shock motes
You become immortal for 3 seconds while exiting will o wisp.
Spam IT and become immortal.
Is it just me or does he sound like fix it Felix jr from wreck it Ralph
I've had people say I sound like Kermit before so I just let people believe I sound like anyone
You're my favourite warframe channel triburos. Spewpas lol.
If you kill an enemy with wisps 4 that is effected by her 3 amazing things happen. Just saying.
I talked about that near the end. But it doesn't do much. Orb damage is based on damage used to spawn it; you can get more damage from your orbs with your weapon than your laser because armor will drastically be walling out the laser until the corrosive stacks get goin'
It doesn't result in anything amazing.
Her 3: Kill half the enemies and maybe we will kill the other half...
Maybe...
"you knox these frame that everybody seems to really love but you don't have, as much enthusiasm for"
me with Loki and the reason why my Ivra loadout is named "True master race" ( plz don't kill me)
You make some valid arguments, but they're mostly just nitpicking. the shockmotes are for reducing incoming enemy damage. her three is a good CC which shortly stuns enemies and also helps with spreading the best kind of status. which is DEAD. And the four is just an okay damage ability which is fair to be limited because she already has a great support utility.
also that wisp build of yours is WEAK.
What is your strong Wisp build? What did you put in it?
@@oprime max rank umbral intensify, plus the other two umbral mods on rank 7. transient fortitude (rank 8 still need to level it) blind rage (also rank 8 still need to level it) that corrupted mod that extends duration (forgot the name, rank 9 need to level it) and power drift. not perfected yet as you see. but I'm getting close.
@@sarbe6625 Wow, you must have put in a LOT of effort to get Wisp up to handle all those mods. Your build would let almost any warframe be a beast tho.
@@oprime yeah I used my umbral forma on her and I need to run steel charge because otherwise I dont have enough capacity.
Dude! Triburos always has so much enthusiasm when making videos!
I disagree with every point you brought up but that's ok
It'd help to explain why, because everyone who brings up counter-points I instantly see issues with.
hmmm, i wonder if the Wukong rework will be touched on...ehh whatever, glad to see another wisp talk, just a shame that assets never really were my thing. Ah well, she still looks like hella fun regardless. Thanks for the vid my dude!
We sometimes forget her 4 is a LITERAL PORTAL TO THE FKING SUN
