Great point but I don't think its because he was under the spotlight ..he was simply at the end of his career..1 fight in 4 years with a full time job that says a lot. Life and bills caught up with passion
His positioning & lead hand control have definitely improved as well.

He fought 2 pro boxers. Lost to Tommy who's a novice and not really known for boxing (To be fair..he's young, in the same weight class and he did hv an amature background so I will give him that) and fought a guy who's a full-time uber driver with 1 fight in the last 5 years..
1 and 1 record...I think he's already getting the credit he deserves. If he wants legitimacy..he gotta stop cherry picking opponents & having these gimmicky matchups. At least his name is somewhat known.
Andre was 10-1..have you even heard of him before this fight ? If not, why Jake should be recognized in the sport..there are thousands of young fighters who had dozens of amateur fights before turning pro..without proper training camp..some even gotta take the bus to their own "pro fight"..so you tell me if these influencers deserve their credit in the sport

I think this is the best Jake Paul, so far, at least technique wise, and punch selection. This Jake Paul beats KSI.
However, KSI is not a reputable opponent, at least in Jake’s eyes. I think he wants to take on more pro boxers. I still think the Jake Paul versus KSI would be fun to watch.
Honestly think Jake knock him out in under 3. When fighting tommy ksi was literally just windmilling a right overhand into a clench, where he got all his points with arm punch's. Jake actually boxed tommy and it cost him, though he gained much more experience then ksi. There is also as clear power difference in Jake and Tommy

Jake just has that if factor of the ko if he can set it up but it shows hes impovement to use the jab more and make the openings for the ko thats the main improvements. good w for jake regardless of what people say 💯 hes no elite boxer but thats why people hate on him because they expect to see canelo esk movement and skill 😂 and lets be real after that ksi would probably loose hes too wild

this is literally how you know you don’t know boxing. Majority of world class pros fight lower calibre boxers then gradually move up, literally have a look a viddal journey through the pro scene and he was one of the most decorated amateurs around.

they will still shift goal posts, what they consider good boxing skills will always change to be better than what jake paul level is
it's this whole jake vs ksi rivalry that makes them do this or jake's image from years ago being like the disliked popular guy on youtube and they still abiding by that rule
because if you already got into the habbit of disliking someone and having a negative opinion of him it's hard to change that because you will feel uncomfort, once you're mind set on something it's hard to change.

Andre is a 3x golden gloves champion, he's not terrible. His nerves just got to him and he looked stiff. It was his biggest fight so it's understandable why he was nervous.
