love the ford at the end!!! i own a 92 wf 150, i dont think i have a lift but its been a farm truck since it was brand new, got front tires too wide to park in a parking spot, they rub
great vidoe guys and some nice wheelin out there. Im still working on my 4X4 its in rsto mode right now but its on hold cus my 87 silverado wich is a power hosue street truck is in some suois need of atenttion so the 4X4 84 GMC sits in primer for the time being but keep it up guys nice wheelin out there,
That one ford was ready for the drags or loggin roads, slicks up front worn knobbies on the rear. Love the 78-79 fords. Especially when they are taken care of. Beautiful county too. Damn good memories for ya'll.
U guys are pretty bad ass I hate to say it but I don't go that far in woods anymore like how far were u from parts store and did u fix the jeep that's awesome weekend good times!
Man this seems really cool! I'd love to go 4x4 on a trail like this with some friends and go camping and mess around like you guy did! Trying to find some people to go 4x4 with in Alaska myself.
Wow looks like a lot of fun & the background of the Mountains, I wish I could get up there & do some Off-roading & camping with you guys looks like a blast!!!!
oh man! at 3:20*ish* he scared the crap out of me. hahaha. I've been with friends in a mass of trucks cab trucking in the mountains of Chattanooga TN before. Also ATV riding up around Telico Plains TN before they shut it all down. This brought back some really fun memories. *thumbs up* Funny, I got here by looking at Subaru Outback videos. Also a very proud group of owners/off roaders. Just a little more tame. Awesome man!
lmao. @ 1:34. look to the left. puff of smoke that appears from no where. dude is blazing in the bushes. fuck yea! i wanna go trailin' with you guys!!!!!!!!
hell of a show . im from Missouri we do the same thing down a road called lost creak road 12 miles no othr cars or house its basicly a 80 year old log road thats just a creak jeep and truck trail now . one day soon hopefully ill move up there and open up a new 4x4 shop up there . but great job
did I hear the ice cream truck. nice vid thank you for not puttin some crapy music over your engine sound. I drove a doge caravan up the hall road a few years ago. yeah it was not the same when it got home. I got a rock into the wind shield from some one in a h1. had a tire come completely apart ( there was a grizzly in the area) when we were changing the tire. you guys have a very beautiful state. wheel on guys wheel on.
Bolt some straps to the roof well anchored for your buddys too hold onto.Easier to not spill beer :) looks like ya'll had an absolute blast..Hope I get up there to play oneday...soonish
Looks like a lot of fun... As a car/truck lover! Great video! Although as a suggestion, keep your pets at home or inside the cab of the truck.. Its cool that you guys go and enjoy the great wilderness but idk about knocking down trees just as amusement.. Im no tree hugger but lets take care of our trees you feel me? Enjoy the wilderness dont destroy it.. At least you took it with you... On a side note, Digging that late 70s Ford though... Good drivin
Well done guys. Good to see the attention to safety. Got a guy riding in the tray during a decent into a river crossing? Wow... that's some smart thinking there. To bad if the 4b jolts, he goes over the roof, over the bonnet and into the path of the now out of control F-series. That far from a hospital and a "Great day out with the boys" turns into negligent driving causing death... Use your heads guys.
where is this located? and have yall ever been up past jims creek? i go there all the time and go to the glacier but still have not been able to find the place to cross metal creak. wondering if you have ever gone that far up? nice video none the less!
@masochistnteam Yeah, actually there are wayy more automatics now, ford dosn't even offer a stick shift in there light duty pickups... Semi's are still mostly manual though
Hey, sweet exhaust. i have stacks on my gas f150 4x4. Helps keep the water from coming back in the exhaust. Anyways, what kind of mufflers are you running? What size stacks?
Damn nice rigs and the Alaska landscape is stunning. Very impressive driving skills as well. My only gripe would be the dogs. At least get them out of the rig when attempting a hard climb where the truck was very close to rolling. With that being said, this crew of rigs IS what 4X4ing is all about. So many times I see clips of people claiming to be a badass while out 4 wheeling to only watch them skirt a trail that has been rode 1000 time before. Traversing the unknown is what its all about.
lol somethings just really funny about when he fires the motor up and turns to the camera when that ice cream truck musics playing all at the same time at 4:46
I went through water in my 1990 ford bronco. The water sat right at the bottom of my doors. any ways water went through my air intake through whatever else and through my engine. I opened my oil pan and had water coming out of that. I see videos all the time where they drive through water with out snorcales. how do they drive through water without hydrolocking their trucks?
Hahahahahahahaha the ice cream truck music on that 70s Ford while he's pushing trees over, funniest thing I've seen in a while!
DanielJaegerFilms in Alaska, the roots grow shallow, making it easy
I'm a Toyota guy but man I love this video. And that old Ford is badass. This just screams "American". Awesome.

The question is... How'd you bend it in the first place? Trying to pull it from that point? Or backed up over something that caught it?
Frickin badass dude awsome video. Makes me want to hit some trails like now. lol
Such an amazing video. I wish I was your friend.

Damn nice rigs and the Alaska landscape is stunning. Very impressive driving skills as well. My only gripe would be the dogs. I went through water in my 1990 ford bronco. The water sat right at the bottom of my doors. any ways water went through my air intake through whatever else and through my engine.
