So like I gave 2 track stem to my singer "Key of D" and he pitched that down -38 cents and then sang his vocals. He claims it became the Key of C which it did not but it also slowed down the tempo. HIs vocal takes are good and I want to use them, how do I adjust my session to match the tuning and timing of his vocals? I still have tower to do on the song / session as well. The other concern is that the song will be in non standard tuning.
Enjoying the video, very informative. One note though, Your vocals could be a bit louder. I turned my monitors up so the voice was clear and forgot about those bass hits, then BOOM!! A bit of radio compression on the narration would be handy.
ProTools makes such an easy thing so hard. In FL, every track is an instrument already so you can just plot it on the piano roll. So op

Pitch his vocal up 38 cents. It's not even half a semitone
