Remi: hear me out, take your spaghetti squash cut in 1/2, rub it down with olive oil on the inside and then rub some pesto on . Roast at 350 for 20-30 minutes or longer if needed. Then add toppings. Best ever. I have seen people use Alfredo sauce. I personally haven’t tried that yet. ❤
