I live in Toronto Canada and we had a blizzard last week so hearing you say you're so cold with 40 degree weather I had to laugh. You are so lucky, I wish it was 40 degrees during winter here! Instead I'm shovelling snow off my driveway, cleaning snow off my jeep and hoping my car doors will open because they are frozen shut (we are currently in an arctic blast)....all while freezing my .... off.
