I adore Modern Parisian design. We just started planning a remodel of our kitchen. I would like to use this style with light wood, stainless steel appliances, and taupe quartz counters. I have big windows facing north. What light paint color on the walls will work with ash cabinet doors? The adjoining, but separate rooms are a dark taupe.

One thing to keep in mind is that north light has a tendency to make colors appear cooler so, depending on the look you're going for, you'll want to adjust for that.
