  • Check out our tour of Daisy State Park from October of 2020! We enjoyed this park so much over the Memorial Day Weekend earlier in the year that we booked reservations for another week! In this video we cover areas of the park that we didn't cover in our first campground review. This video is part of a series of videos filmed at Daisy State Park! If you are interested in Daisy State Park then you have come to the right place!

    Thank you so so much for sharing! I’m a tent camper with disabilities,and being able to see sites through your eyes has opened up so much more possibilities for future camping.

I agree - there are so many different places to visit but some you just have to go back to because they are so wonderful! Love the woodsyness! Daisy looks like a real gem!! 😃👍

    Thank you. Very helpful. I ended up booking 74 and 75 to be right next to the lake and have enough room to set up a large antenna for our radio field day weekend. So nice to have some inside knowledge.

    Lovely camp. What bothers me the most about southern campsites near the water - snakes! I grew up in the south and those snakes are venomous! YIKES! Thank you for sharing.

    • @SunsetSeekers
      @SunsetSeekers  3 роки тому

      I don't think that snakes are as prevalent as you may think that they are. I've lived in "the south" my whole life (49 years)--around lakes, creeks. and rivers, and have only seen 3 or 4 snakes in the flesh. Don't let fear keep you from enjoying this beautiful world of ours!!

      @@SunsetSeekers thanks. There could be a decrease as I am 66 and lived deeper south. I will keep that in mind, as travel I love and I prefer doing it now via camping. Great video!

    Love that site. I can see why it's your favorite. Nice to hear about this park. Loved the drone footage. We added one to our channel recently as well, so much fun.

    Such a beautiful campground! how steep is the hill from your campsite down to the water? is it something I can handle? it is always so hard to tell in videos

    • @SunsetSeekers
      @SunsetSeekers  3 роки тому +1

      It's a long and rather steep decline down to the waters edge from our favorite sites on the B loop. If you want access to the water from your campsite you might consider sites 49 or 50 on the B loop--these B loop sites have a much more level grade down to the water. Also, 22 & 23 might work on the A loop---there is a slope, but these A loop sites are much closer to the water and may be more manageable for you.

      @@SunsetSeekers that is great to know! I really hate getting to what I thought was going to be a great site only to find that it is so steep that I cant get around! thanks for the great videos!
